The Webb v. Olsen case is in the Chawosaurian Supreme Court and is being associated with the Mhasalkar v. Chawmania case, the case is over the issue of Interfaith Sexual Relationships.

Jacob Webb and Jacob Olsen were enemies and they fought against each other over the issue of Interfaith Relationships, which Olsen violated Webb's human right to sexual privacy when Webb was engaging in an intimate activity with a Buddhist woman.

The Case went all the way to the Chawosaurian Supreme Court and was argued on April 30, 2016. The decision date will be on June 30, 2016.

But on June 30, 2016, the Chawosaurian Supreme Court ruled that Intermarriages are unconstitutional, and ruled that there is no protection for Interfaith Couples to engage in intimate affairs.

Background Edit

In the beginning of 2016, Chawosauria was criminalizing Interfaith Sexual Activity and passing laws against Intermarriages in Chawosauria, an unmarried couple, Juneau and Chiasa, were seeking a marriage licenses, but the Chawosaurian States were denying them marriage licenses because they're obviously an Interfaith Couple, they were wearing cultural clothing, which was not allowed in Chawosauria because of Anti-Religious Laws.

Juneau's son, Jacob Webb, was arrested by the Chawosaurian Police because he was consenting with a Culturally exposed Buddhist woman, the Webster Family filed a lawsuit against the Chawosaurian Government, a lawsuit that only has the their shorten family surname, but also named after the person who called the police on Juneau's son for consenting outside his religion, Jacob Olsen. It was argued on April 30, 2016, and decided in favor of Jacob Olsen on June 30, 2016.

Argument Edit

The Lawsuit reached the Chawosaurian Supreme Court on April 28, 2016, and was argued on April 30, 2016, as most Chawosaurians supported this ruling against the Webster Family and also, made a sweeping debate until June 30, 2016.

Decision Edit

On June 30, 2016, the Chawosaurian Supreme Court ruled against intermarriages and other interracial and interfaith relationships, calling them as "Violating the Constitution", because Chawosauria actually does have a Constitutional Amendment, Banning All Intermarriages Universally.
