In Chawosaurian Politics, the Popular Culture Act of 2018 (also known as the Pop Cult Act) is a Chawosaurian Progressive piece of legislation that deregulates Pop Art, Music, Film and other Artistic Industries to have the freedom to feature and televise anything they desire, it even legalized Hip-Hop music, Gangster rap, and other rap and R&B music, Country music, and other TV shows such as South Park, Family Guy, Video games, and Nicktoons.

It was signed into law by DKA on March 23, 2018, and became effective on March 24, 2018.

The law has sparked controversy and backlash from Chawosaurian Adults about Children being distracted possibly by these Popular Western Civilization Culture and Arts from School work, and fearing that Hip-Hop and other rap music and shows like South Park could influence children to talk rudely and lewdly to and with people, get engage in crime, lose respect from their communities, and get ended up disrespecting their elders. This law also faced opposition from the Education community, fearing that the legalizing of Rap music, social media, video games, and lewd TV shows like South Park could drastically decrease the Graduation rate and passing grades rate.

This could influence Chawosauria to a more Socially Conservative direction on Pop Culture while still hold Progressive views on Sustainability, Labor Rights, Corporate Accountability, Social Care programs, and Healthcare.

Despite supporting the bill, DKA harshly criticized Hip-Hop and shows like South Park, Family Guy, and other Adult animated shows as "Socially immoral regardless of your religious affiliation."
