The Offensive Flags and Speech Prohibition Act is a Chawosaurian Federal Law signed into law by Timothy Max Roosevelt in 2009 and was introduced, sponsored and enacted by Johnathan Saint Nicholas Montgomery VII meant to Ban Hate Speech and Hate Symbolism.

The bill was unanimously passed by all House, Senate, and Referendum, and a recall proposed in 2016 but failed by a landslide due to tensions against the Confederate Flag.
