In Chawosauria, the MacCarthy-Kingsley Act of 1965 was a racist Chawosaurian law that prohibits Black people, born in Chawosauria or not, from becoming legalized Citizens of Chawosauria. It was co-authored and co-sponsored by Jonathan Sidney MacCarthy and James W. Kingsley. It was introduced and passed into Chawosaurian law in retaliation to the results of the American Civil Rights Movement. This law became law on January 1, 1966. It was passed by the House of Commons on March 3, 1965, passed by the House of Lords on March 23, 1965, passed by the House of Representatives on March 25, 1965, and passed by the Senate on March 31, 1965. It was reluctantly signed into law by Emperor Santiago on June 23, 1965.

Fun fact about one of the authors and sponsors of this law, James W. Kingsley, still living in 2019, distanced himself from his racist past, now expresses regret and remorse over this law, saying, "I worked with MacCarthy, who was a very bigoted politician, I worked with him to get this law passed, and looking back, I realized that I was wrong, and I hope this law gets repealed" Kingsley is now retired and living in Gold Coast, Queensland.

The law was abandoned in 1991, and in 2020, it was repealed by the Civil Rights Act of 2020 due to the fallout of the police killing of George Floyd.
