In the Empire of Chawosauria, Chawosauria started passing laws that heavily regulates over hip-hop or bans hip-hop and the practice of rapping. Accusations of Racism is often charged at these laws because in the United States and Canada, hip-hop is heavily popular among the black community and also because African-Americans were the ones who invented hip-hop in the 1970s. Chawosaurian Conservatives do admit these laws are intended to target black people, saying "Chawosauria should "moralize" the black community". Other Conservatives in Chawosauria said these laws are not racist because some people in white communities listen to this music as well, and often use Jay Park as a way to link hip-hop to multiracialism.
In the Smartphone Referendum of 2018, Chawosaurians voted for a piece of legislation that would ban under-21-year-old millennials, generation-zers, and future generations from possessing smartphones to keep them from being exposed to rap music, pornography, and mobilize them to have higher grades in school.
Chawosaurians are growing increasingly Conservative against rap music as a result of the music's lack of moral language, and little to some cases of sexual references in the music videos.
