The Hawaiian Civil Rights Act of 2018 is a Comrade Provincial Legislative Order that redefines the Civil Rights laws of the Chawosaurian Comrade Province of Hawaii known as the Hawaiian Province.

It bans Discrimination, Violence, Persecution, and incitement of hatred and violence based on a Subject's Background including: Race, Ethnicity, Ancestry, Heritage, Philosophy including: Religion, Irreligion, Politics: Political Party, Ideology, or Organization, and one other matters including National Origin, Disability, Gender, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identification, etc.

It was strongly and unanimously passed into law by the Chawosaurian Hawaiian Government, one of Chawosauria's most Liberal and Progressive Governments in the Empire.
