Third Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria from 1910 to 1919
Garfield Lucas Webster (January 17, 1860 - December 25, 1955), also known by other names below, was a Chawosaurian imperial leader who is widely known in the Chawosaurian world to have served as the 3rd Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria between January 1, 1910, to December 31, 1919 and to have served as President of the Socialist Republic of North America from May 18, 1901, to May 18, 1909. Webster was also the founder of the Chawosaurian Imperial Armed Forces. Webster is best known for bringing socialism to Chawosauria, making him one of the most consequential Prime Ministers in Chawosaurian history, making him dubbed favorably as "the father of socialism" for his key achievements such as universal healthcare, the Chawosaurian boarding school system to achieve universal education to all Chawosaurians regardless of socio-economic background, labor unions being the engine of public policy of the government, and in general a social democracy in Chawosauria. Until Jonathan Sidney MacCarthy III, he was one of two Prime Ministers who never held the position as Speaker of the Chawopolis Palace, and as of 2020, he is one of eight Prime Ministers who never held the position as Leader of the Opposition. In an age where people with disabilities were not looked upon by society in a sympathetic view, Webster with a clubbed foot and some psychological and few cognitive disorders with the help from sympathetic parents and his elite socio-economic status, was able to break barriers to become one of Chawosauria's most dominant figures in Chawosaurian history. On April 10, 2020, Webster was ranked in the top 3 Prime Ministers in Chawosaurian History: the other two are Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII and Shang Jong Parker. Despite Webster's landmark achievements, he generates controversy and receives really harsh criticism for his extremely-backwards racial views due to him living in a time period when much of western society held a very similar racial discontent with people of color. Webster also receives criticism for his insufficient leadership during World War I, the Russian Revolution and subsequent Revolutions of 1917-1923, and the 1918 flu pandemic, giving him the insulting name Garfield The Butcher.
Garfield Lucas Webster was born onboard Sea Serpent on the port of Saint Petersburg on January 17, 1860 to British shipmaster George Lucas Webster (1838-1896) and Italian aristocrat Elisabeth D'Alesandro (1840-1943). Webster is of the unusual classes of society in both Chawosauria and the human world, born with a clubbed foot in the time period in which handicapped people were universally frowned upon that they were abandoned and forced to perform at freak shows where they are meant for mockery; and in Chawosauria, Webster had no siblings and Webster was raised into the Catholic Church, both which are culturally considered "heretic" against Chawosaurian culture. Garfield Webster's father briefly abandoned him to persue his quests for Scandinavian creatures and left Webster and his mother to Italy, where Webster witnessed the Fall of Rome in 1870, resulting in the return of Webster's father to take them to his country, Great Britain, where Webster grew up in Yorkshire and graduated from the Catholic boarding school called Ampleforth College in 1878, where he joined the Benedictine movement.
After immigrating from England to America in 1883, Garfield Webster became a lifelong member of the U.S. Republican Party as a Roosevelt Republican, and he was responsible for the Progressive reforms and he leveraged the British Conservative Party-controlled Chawopolis Palace into implementing. Unfortunately, Webster's premiership turned gothic, Webster became known by being permanently marked by immense tragedy and globally apocalyptical death unlike any Prime Minister of Chawosauria, World War I, the Revolutions of 1917-23, the rise of communism, and the Spanish flu. Webster suffered from psychological pain over the loss of his birth-nation, Russia, to communism, though Webster has no Russian ancestry. Webster's mental state felt the crushing political pressure of World War I, the uprisings in Europe and other parts of the world caused by the war, the loss of Russia, and a flu pandemic. Webster becomes way too crazy, reducing himself to self-vampirism, and he becomes schizophrenic, paranoid, clinically depressed, and his sleep paralysis got worse. After getting infected by the flu, he was forced to depart from the prime ministersship in 1919, and live the rest of his final years in the U.S. Alaska Territory (now the U.S. state of Alaska), where he died from a really bad brain cancer on Christmas morning in 1955 at age 95, where he was survived by his wife and second cousin once removed, Josephina Adriana Van Valkenburgh, his two sons: Garfield Lucas Webster II and Severus Kaiser Webster, and youngest child and daughter, Dorothy Mary Webster.
As Prime Minister aided by his most trusted aid, Thomas Elliott Rawlings, Webster used his power to promote the Christian Left to expand labor unions and workers' rights for Working-Class Chawosaurians, he promoted progressivism, conservation, and advocated for civil rights for a limited many minority groups. Webster supported direct democracy, universal healthcare, a social security safety net, the illegality of child labor, workplace democracy, and an eight-hour workday, Webster also strongly opposed big business, deregulation, crony capitalism, free trade, and other matters that hurt working class people. Garfield Webster became so widely popular among working-class Chawosaurians as a result of his stances on workers' rights, but Webster was widely unpopular among corporate bosses and there were corporate plots to overthrow Webster. Webster's pro-labor policies helped to strengthen the Socialist Republic of North America and gave socialism the wide open space to take power over Chawosaurian politics that had started from the 1945 Chawosaurian legislative elections to its final completion in the 1975 Chawosaurian elections, just 20 years after Webster's death. Webster established the public boarding school system that offers free education to all Chawosaurians funded by higher taxes paid for by the wealthier classes of Chawosaurian society and crucially appointed his cousin Professor Olympia Valeria Webster as Minister of Education. Webster abolished private education by outlawing it, the Webster administration established a federal jobs guarantee, workplace democracy, and a social security safety net. Webster used his Catholic faith to justify these programs, proclaiming Jesus of Nazareth would strongly support these programs. Webster raised taxes on the rich and powerful elite to finance these programs. Webster had established the Empire of Chawosauria Healthcare Department with the National Healthcare Act of 1913.
Garfield Webster was a high-ranking and prominent member of the Webster family, he brought the family into greater prominence, excising them into their greatest extent in the family's history by becoming Prime Minister. Garfield Webster was the only child of a sea captain of the Sea Serpent Ship, George Lucas Webster, and an Italian aristocrat, Elisabeth D'Alesandro. Webster was raised a Roman Catholic, the only Chawosaurian Prime Minister of this Christian faith itself, and gained American Citizenship from British Citizenship in the later 19th century. After moving to England in 1871 following the Italian capture of Rome, the Websters moved to North Yorkshire, Webster was enrolled to Ampleforth College and graduated in 1878 and he attended Oxford University until he graduated in 1883. Webster immigrated to the United States in 1883 from England to find peace from European wars and then got a job in the trade union sector. Representing the working class in the United States, he became a trade union representative for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Webster then worked for the Industrial Workers of the World, and then nominated Prime Minister. Webster was elected President of the Socialist Republic of North America in the 1901 Socialist Republic of North America presidential election by a landslide victory over Jonathan Lothian McCloskey III. In Webster's first term as President, he copied President Theodore Roosevelt's Square Deal, while ignoring Roosevelt's approach to be somewhat friendly to business. Webster put the working-class above business, championed a workplace democracy, and stricter labor rights. Webster won a second term as President in the 1905 Socialist Republic of North America presidential election, defeating James Ezra Wesley VI, by a landslide victory. Webster was nominated Prime Minister of Chawosauria, resulting in him to decline a run for a third term in 1909.
Webster became Prime Minister on January 1, 1910, at the age of 49. Webster enacted some of the most liberal policies for a Prime Minister in his day ever seen in Chawosauria. Webster pressured the 3rd Chawopolis Palace, which was reigned by the Conservative Party UK, to pass progressive policies such as banning child labor, establishing an eight-hour workday, conservationist policies, and a workplace democracy. Webster energized his liberal base and convinced the Chawosaurian public into supporting his progressive agenda with his Edisonian Strategy to combat widespread attacks from conservative media and the establishment. Starting with his March Of The Workers Of The World Speech - the first-ever voice and camera recorded speech in Chawosaurian history, Webster's strategic intellect defeated conservative attempts to take down Webster and his liberal agenda. Leading up to the 1912 U.S. presidential election following a disastrous result for Webster's Republican Party in the 1910 U.S. midterm elections, Garfield Webster strongly supported the candidacy of the former President Theodore Roosevelt to primary the conservative Republican President William Howard Taft in the Republican Primaries, however, Webster, McClellan, Bismarck, and Boleslaw all attended the Republican Party convention, and when the party nominated Taft instead of Roosevelt, Roosevelt and his supporters, including Webster, Boleslaw, Bismarck, and McClellan, all stormed out of the convention and formed their own party: the Progressive Party, also known as the Bull Moose Party due to Roosevelt saying "I feel like a Bull Moose". Roosevelt splitting the Republican vote helped the Democratic nominee Woodrow Wilson win by an electoral college landslide and a plurality in the popular vote. The 1912 election was so bad for the Republicans that the party finished third, making this the worst Republican performance in the party's history. After the 1912 elections, Webster returned to the Republican Party.
In 1913, Webster married his second cousin once removed from the Netherlands, Josephina Van Valkenburgh, who was the daughter of two Dutch aristocrats: Conradus Duif Walraven Van Valkenburgh and Josephina Adriana Boschman, though Webster originally wanted to marry Lorraine Bourbon, Josephina Van Valkenburgh was related to the Webster family, both Garfield and Lorraine were strictly required by upper-class standards to marry their cousins to keep their connected aristocratic family bloodlines securely intact. Garfield and Josephina's marriage was difficult at first, Josephina was attracted to Garfield, but Garfield barely shared the same feelings for Josephina, however, Garfield eventually did had feelings for Josephina when she showed passionate care for him after he was infected by the Spanish flu. Garfield and Josephina became a happy married couple following their departure from the prime ministership, and had three children together in the Alaskan territory.
Webster's first crisis as prime minister was World War I and that was quite a debacle for the Webster administration. In 1914, World War I (originally known as the World War or the Great War) broke out when Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated in the same year, Austria-Hungary invaded Serbia as a result, and the world war begins. The First World War prominently defined Webster's premiership drastically, Webster attempted to draft Chawosaurians to fight in the war on the side of the allies but the war's unpopularity made it impossible, Webster did little to prevent war-related deaths among European Chawosaurians after failing to evacuate them from Europe, Webster had the 1915 Chawosaurian legislative elections canceled due to the severity of the war. Webster received a widespread backlash over his decision to cancel the 1915 elections, and insurrections and mini-civil wars erupted as a result. In March 1917, the Russian Revolution broke out, resulting in the Russian Empire to collapse and was replaced by the Russian Republic. In November 1917, the Russian Civil War broke out between the Bolsheviks and the White Movement, and while the civil war wages on, Webster, who was born in Russia in 1860, fell under depression over the loss of his native state to communism. Due to World War I, the Bolshevik Uprising, and other revolutions and WWI-era problems, Garfield fell to insanity and paranoia caused by the weight political power has brought to Garfield, believing the antisemitic canard known as Jewish Bolshevism, Garfield feared the Jews were working with the Bolsheviks to overthrow him and assassinate him, resulting in him falling to antisemitic madness, he started the First Chawo-Jewish War to persecute and exterminate Jews to avoid a rebellion, Webster also went after Jews who worked for the government, prominently his controversial dismissal of Sara Elizabeth Aasheim because she was Jewish. Chawosauria once performed All Hallows' Eve Masquerade Balls, but Garfield's insanity helped give birth to the new but now popular Satanic Masquerade Balls in Chawosauria, Webster, as part of his duties as Prime Minister, opened a masquerade ball to be performed for him on Halloween in 1918, but made some historic changes to the tradition with witchcraft symbols (which were then stereotyped as satanic) all over the masquerade ball, and they danced around a pentagram as Garfield wished, and after the ball, Garfield wrote in his journals that he enjoyed the so-called "satanic masquerade". On November 20, 1918, Webster's insanity has gotten even more worse with his order of military forces to set the entire city of Chawopolis into flames, causing many wildfires all across the Chawosaurian mainland due to Webster's nightmare of witchcraft in Chawopolis.
In 1918, the world was struck by a devastating influenza pandemic known as the Spanish flu that lasted for 2-years between 1918 to 1920. Eventually, Webster became one of those unfortunate ones infected by the Spanish flu in 1919. In the 1920 Chawosaurian Prime Ministerial election, Webster sought reelection as Prime Minister for a second term, but he was too unpopular amongst the Chawosaurian public and political class, Webster lost the first ballot for reelection, forcing him out of office, and his term was over on December 31, 1919. There were several replacement candidates for Webster, among them were Lochlainn Dowling MacKenzie VI, Jack Leo MacKenzie, Theodore McClellan, and Thomas Mifflin Burton, but Webster's successor was ultimately Theodore McClellan, and in the 1919 Chawosaurian legislative elections, Liberals gained seats and had the most popular votes, but remained in the minority. Webster retired officially on January 1, 1920.
Webster moved to the U.S. Territory of Alaska in 1920 and he lived there with his wife and second cousin once removed Josephina Van Valkenburgh and their three children: Garfield Lucas Webster II, Severus Kaiser Webster, and Dorothy Mary Webster. Webster broke with his Republican Party to support the Democratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt and the President's Democratic Party in the Great Depression and World War II years. In 1946, Webster joined the World Federation of Trade Unions after World War II to support the working class all over the world. In the 1948 U.S. Presidential Election, which saw the unexpected reelection of U.S. President Harry S. Truman, Webster became deeply disappointed in the Republican Party and started to cast doubt on his own party and was a vocal opponent to conservatism, Webster had intense personal and ideological conflicts with the conservative Chawosaurian Prime Minister Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII and the two men never liked each other anyway, Webster hated the Bismarck family and Bismarck's conservative approach and Bismarck tried to reverse Webster's liberal legacy but with little success. Webster got increasingly agitated by his Republican Party shifting to the conservative end of the political spectrum, Webster was going to become a Democrat by the time of the 1956 elections, but he died narrowly before the 1956 election year began. When Webster died, the Republicans did become a conservative party, something Webster would be furious over had he lived today. Webster is known to speak his opinion in a passionately uncivil manner, always adding bullying remarks to his opinions, this was confirmed by his daughter Dorothy Webster-McClellan, who had the experience of hearing or seeing her father bully her brothers and other people in private conversations.
Meanwhile, in the Chawosaurian world during the entire Cold War era, Timothy Max Roosevelt and his Communist Party which many of its party members were veterans of the far-left opposition to Webster exploited Webster's labor union ruling class to rise to power over Chawosauria starting with their historic and bigger-than-expected electoral victory in the 1945 Chawosaurian legislative elections, and use that political power to transform Chawosauria into a communist state, and they succeeded by 1980, 25-years after Webster's death. The rise of communism over Chawosauria ended the quasi-influence of the British Parliament over Chawosaurian politics and greatly contributed to the fall of 'Christianization' which was a cultural assimilation project attempted to systemically Christianize Chawosaurians (which failed entirely thanks in part to Webster's policies). It is these massive political changes caused by Webster's policies that commenced Webster's image as the Great Emancipator of the Empire of Chawosauria by the 1980s. The Chawosaurian George Washington and the Chawosaurian Abraham Lincoln, all in one figure, thus making Webster more of a founding father of Chawosauria and a very important figure in both Chawosaurian history and culture.
Webster died in his bedroom in an Alaskan dacha (Saint Peter's Dacha) in Anchorage, on the morning of December 25th, 1955, at age 95, due to a deadly malignant brain tumor called glioblastoma multiforme, or simply known as glioblastoma. Survived by his wife and second cousin once removed, Josephina Van Valkenburgh, their two sons: Garfield Lucas Webster Jr, and Severus Kaiser Webster, and only daughter, Dorothy Mary Webster-McClellan. Webster was given a Catholic funeral at his local Cathedral, the Holy Family Cathedral, which is also the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau which it's territory is marked entirely on the whole region of Southern Alaska. Webster is buried with his parents at Saxe-Coburg and Gotha Cemetery since January 1956. Webster's death was suppressed from the public by conservative groups led by Prime Minister Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII from 1955 to before 1975. Conservatives feared that because Chawosaurians have the cultural tendency of permanently rehabilitating or elevating the legacy of recently deceased higher-class elites, Webster's bad post-prime ministerial public image would demolish to his death. Conservatives fought to the bone to keep Webster's death a secret from the public to retain Webster's bad legacy by forcing his family into private life or threatening, blackmailing members of the Webster family from blowing the whistle on Webster's death. Conservatives also threatened the media from ever reporting Webster's death to the public to prevent Webster's legacy from being rehabilitated. Conservatives spend Webster's legacy as Garfield the Bewitched (for his 1918 insanity), Garfield the Butcher (for the deaths of Chawosaurian civilians from all the wars of the late 1910s and the Spanish flu), and Garfield the Racialist (for his complicated record on civil rights concerning race). In 1973, an anonymous whistleblower exposed the Bismarck administration and their right-wing allies' suppression of Webster's death, garnering a public outcry against conservative forces and it led to the birth of Webstermania, which is the societal vibe among Chawosaurians that Webster's still-surviving liberal reforms are having a positive impact on the daily lives of Chawosaurians themselves.
By the year 2020, the Chawosaurian world still lives under the progressive utopia he put in place in his early term. Chawosauria enjoys upper-class taxpayer-funded universal healthcare and free education for the Chawosaurian public regardless of economic and social class, labor unions dictating politics, and widespread workplace democracies where workers have a say. It is this side of Webster's legacy that makes Webster a widely popular Prime Minister despite the negative side of Webster's legacy which involves his narcissistic leadership, his antisemitism, his racism, his homophobia, and his negligent response to World War I. People who criticize Webster, prominently conservatives in Chawosauria, revere Webster as a dictator for the negative side of Webster's premiership. In 2020 55 years after he died, Webster faced three sex scandals, a sexual relationship with a black servant, Victoria Mafuleka, a same-sex relationship with Thomas Elliott Rawlings' son, James Altham Rawlings, exposed by James Rawlings' deathbed confession being leaked to the media, and he had an affair with a woman from British India named Indira Vibha Singh and then fathered an Indian child with Indira in West Bengal. Chawosaurians who are members of the U.S. Republican Party struggle to criticize liberalism and socialism without accusations of hypocrisy thrown at them. Garfield Webster who was prominently a Republican himself was widely viewed as a socialist hero because he played a major role in allowing socialism rise to power over Chawosauria, and Webster was a staunch liberal who supported Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal policies. Since Webster died in 1955, the U.S. Republican Party shifted to the political right, this resulted in expanding, substantial criticism from Chawosaurians because the Chawosaurian public feel that by trending more conservative, the U.S. Republican Party is insulting the memory of Garfield Lucas Webster and have no respect for his family. In the early 2020s, Webster's legacy suffered due to the George Floyd protests and the cancel culture movement, as his civil rights record becomes widely criticized by the Black Lives Matter movement in Chawosauria and Human Rights activists both inside or outside of Chawosauria. Webster's racism was invoked as a motivation to call for the cancellation of Chawosauria's memorialization and culturalization of Garfield Webster, but these demands are often met with lack of government response and violent responses by Webster supporters. Like Uncle Sam among Americans, Chawosaurians today see Garfield Webster as the national personification of the Chawosaurian world, Webster is deeply mired into popular culture in Chawosauria, Webster is repeatedly mentioned and he makes constant brief appearances in superhero, adventure, fantasy, and other film genres in films in Chawosauria, historical movies including or about Webster reach around 7.16 billion views, memorials, monuments, and national parks dedicated to Garfield Webster are the most popular destinations of interests among tourists, and Webster is the most studied figure among historians, biographists, political scientists, and students in Chawosauria.

Garfield Webster was born in the captain's quarters on the Sea Serpent Ship on the Port of Saint Petersburg, January 17, 1860.
Delivered by a Russian Jew who was a doctor and member of the Boleslaus family, Jedediah Azrielovich Boleslaus VIII and his wife, Charlotte Mary Wolfsberg who was also a nurse, Garfield Lucas Webster was born at 7:41 AM on Tuesday morning, January 17, 1860, to George Lucas Webster and Elisabeth Maria (nee D'Alesandro) Webster, in his father's quarters in his Sea Serpent ship at the port of Saint Petersburg, in the Russian Empire during his father's hunting trip to the Baltic Sea, George and Elisabeth were second cousins, the great-grandchildren of Charles Draco Walpole and Anna Isabella Walpole who were also a first cousin couple, the doctor who delivered the baby said to George and Elisabeth that it may not be a good idea to have more children because of the mass unusual difficulty the baby's birth process was, Elisabeth was badly sick as a result of pregnancy and the birth process, another reason why George and Elisabeth never had more children was because of how traumatic the experience of giving birth was for Elisabeth, traumatized by the birth process, she said she would not want another child, Elisabeth suffered from PTSD and has lived with it her entire life. The infant Garfield was born with a clubfoot disorder from his left-leg, giving him walking difficulties once he gets older, he went on to suffer from porphyria since infancy, and he, unlike his parents, turned out to be blind, Webster's disabilities are possibly the result of second cousin inbreeding, the baby was taken to Moscow for the Websters to greet the Tsar at the Winter Palace, the Tsar held the newborn Garfield. George Webster was concerned that if he'd allowed Elisabeth and infant Garfield to travel on sea up to Garfield's adulthood, Garfield, nor Elisabeth, would survive, the birth of Garfield increased Elisabeth's risk of having smallpox or any disease caused by the sea, George decided to disallow his family from traveling with him to Scandinavia where George continued his hunting trip for the Jormungandr, and leave Elisabeth and their infant son, Garfield, to Rome, Italy, where Elisabeth can live with her parents until George returns. Elisabeth decided to name the baby Garfield Lucas Webster, naming the infant via first name after her husband's first cousin, Garfield Potter Kingsley (1830-1926), secretly because Elisabeth had secret extramarital affairs with Kingsley from 1859 to 1863 and 1871 to 1873, and she gave the baby George's middle and last name. The nanny of Garfield was Juliana Eva De Backer, and her son, Wilhelmus Adrian Van Belleghem, who is the same age as Garfield, becomes one of Garfield's life-long friend.

Normally, when a child was born with a disability, that child becomes an outcast in the family or worse, abandoned by the family, Garfield's clubfoot disorder raised the possibility of his parents of either wanting another child to replace Garfield, or just flatly abandon Garfield, but with Elisabeth cannot have another child, George and Elisabeth were left with the only choice left of them to still love Garfield as their own. It is also uncommon in the Chawosaurian world that a married couple has one child, in the Chawosaurian world, it is not culturally common to have a single child, so George and Elisabeth, among Chawosaurian aristocratic families, were treated as outcasts for having just one child. That was because Chawosaurians value sex so much, and having one child is evidence that the couple is Asexual (opposite to a Bisexual), leading to sexual orientational discrimination. Throughout Garfield's life, he was subjected to ableist discrimination (discrimination against disabled people), Garfield dealt with clubfoot management, which are often painful. Trying to stand and walk leads to extreme pain as well for the rest of Garfield's life.
Garfield Webster's ethnicity was predominately British (mixed with overwhelmingly English, but Welsh, and possibly Scottish) from the side of his father, and on his mother's side, Italian. It is also possible that Webster has a distant French bloodline as well because the Webster family does have some French origin due to being part of the Anglo-Saxons. Webster's race is full-blood white but his skin color was dark in the beginning, he had green eyes. Despite Webster's antisemitism, Webster's great-great-great-great-great-grandmother, Anna Elizabeth Rosenkranz (1641-1731) was a Jewish woman.
Garfield Webster lived in the Vatican in the city of Rome throughout his early childhood. There, he was raised into the Catholic faith by his maternal grandparents: the D'Alesandros.
Garfield Webster lived in the Papal States with his mother with the D'Alesandro family, an Italian family, his grandfather was Francisco D'Alesandro and his grandmother was Alexandria Elisabeth Berlusconi. Garfield Webster was previously educated at the Vatican, where he was raised a Roman Catholic by his maternal grandparents against his mother's will, who was also a Catholic, Webster's mother fought her parents against raising him into the Catholic faith, but she compromised to her parents and allowed them to raise Garfield into a Catholic against her husband's plans to raise him into an Anglican. Garfield Webster being educated at the Vatican, he befriended Lochlainn MacCarthy in 1864, and remained friends until 1870, when something tragic happened to Lochlainn at the hands of a priest, where Garfield Webster made a compromise deal to get himself out of the situation if he agreed to leave Lochlainn with the priest, this crumbled Webster's friendship with Lochlainn forever. When her husband, George, return to meet his family for the first time, George, a Protestant, was deeply dissatisfied with Garfield's Catholic faith but accepted him as a son anyway. Garfield Webster was able to travel all over Europe and Oceania with his father during the winter and summer, Webster was allowed to bring home any items of the two continents. Webster was not allowed by his father to travel to North America with him because of the American Civil War and its aftermath. The travels had a significant impact on Webster's knowledge about the world, Webster learned from his father George about Science, Politics, and Culture from these travels.
The Italians are invading Rome to capture it from the Papal States.
Garfield lived through the wars of Italian unification, and war struck in the city of Rome in the capture of Rome by the Kingdom of Italy from the Papal States. Garfield's father realized that Elisabeth and Garfield cannot be safe until he leave Rome, however, Elisabeth refuses to leave Rome, but George convinced her with Garfield's safety. Garfield witnessed the battle with his own eyes, and dead bodies on the streets, soldiers shooting at each other has taken a mental toll on Garfield as he is shocked to see what war was like and death for the first time. Garfield gained a life-lasting fear of death because of the Italian siege of Rome. After the battle ended in Italian victory, Elisabeth and George finally agree to take refuge in England.
Before leaving Italy to England, the pope gave Garfield a black and crystal crucifix necklace, a very important item Garfield would die with by the time he hits old age. Garfield Webster left the Vatican to England after having an argument with Lochlainn. Garfield and Wilhelmus become separate and did not reunite until adulthood.
Life in England (1871-83)
Webster lived in England in a time when Victoria was Queen. Queen Victoria ruled from 1837 till her death in 1901, Victoria's reign is famously known as the Victorian Era.
He moved to the United Kingdom in 1871 at the age of 11, and his mother and father were reunited in London, Webster was incredibly smart that he received the best grades and was well-liked by teachers, he become real close to a cousin of his, Charlus Draco "Charles" Webster, from King's Lynn, in 1872, Garfield and his parents moved to King's Lynn with Phineas Webster, Garfield's uncle, and his first family, and Garfield and the Webster family have done several activities together, especially with Garfield and Charles Webster, a brother-like cousin relationship, Garfield and Charles explored together and kinda got in trouble together. Garfield met his uncle's current family, his second wife and Garfield's aunt Victoria MacKenzie Webster and their infant son and Garfield's first cousin Eugene and adopted brother Sakarias.
Garfield Webster's paternal grandparents: Galusha Lucius Webster and Nicola Mary Potter. Because they were protestants, Webster had some tensions with them, and he distanced himself from them despite the love and care Galusha and Nicola tried to give him.
Anti-Catholic attitudes were still prevalent in the protestant-majority 19th century England, this discouraged Garfield from allowing anyone to know his Catholic faith. Garfield and his mother now part of the socially persecuted Catholic minority in England, but they were protected by George, who was a protestant. George admitted to Garfield that when he first met his mother, he held discriminatory views against her for being a Catholic until George and Elisabeth settled their differences and eventually fell in love. The Websters moved to Northern England. The Websters settled in Sheffield, living there until moved to North Yorkshire. The Websters found a permanent home at Grosmont because Elisabeth reunited with Garfield Kingsley, Elisabeth and George made Kingsley Garfield's godfather. Elisabeth, George...and Kingsley all did not want Garfield to know why he and Kingsley share the same first name, George and Kingsley did not had a great relationship though they're cousins, and Elisabeth went back to having an affair with Kingsley. In 1872, Garfield traveled with his father to Brazil, where Garfield witnessed slavery for the first (and only) time, Garfield witnessed a slave being beaten while the slave was crying for mercy, which, in some way, has horrified Garfield but barely showed any emotion or resistance. Making Garfield the most recent Prime Minister to encounter slavery in the western world. Garfield's great-grandfather, Thomas Lucius Webster, was a slave trader back in the Atlantic Slave Trade.

At 13, Webster was enrolled to Ampleforth College, a Catholic boarding school in Ampleforth. Garfield became a member of the Benedictine Confederation in 1875, becoming a Benedictine. Webster joined the English Benedictine Congregation. Every Sunday in the summer, Garfield and his mother worship at Leeds Cathedral. In reaction to his family on his father's side, Webster did had a chance to see his paternal grandparents: Galusha Lucius Webster and Nicola Mary Potter, and his four uncles, Galusha II, Carlisle, John, and Phineas, and two aunts, Amber, and Cathleen, Webster also got to know his cousins, prominently Gelasius Leolin Webster, who everybody knows to be a very intelligent, even more intelligent than Garfield, resulting in Garfield having an envy towards Gelasius. While Webster never liked his maternal family, a Catholic supremacist, he also disliked his paternal family because they're not Catholics like him. Garfield was surrounded by alcoholism and even as a young boy, he saw "unholy corruption", so he signed a pledge not to drink alcohol. Webster has still drank wine only during religious ceremonies such as Easter Sunday. Despite his clubbed foot, Garfield participated in athletic activities, participating in rugby union, associated football, and skiing. Garfield was invited to play baseball in the United States in 1875, Webster joined the athletic sector to overcome both the difficulty of a clubbed foot and the stigma towards people with disabilities at this time period in Webster's life. Phineas' daughter, Theresa, was born in 1873, and his son Ronald was born in 1875.
Garfield's first date was Lorraine Bourbon, who was a southern bell from the Southern United States, and she was able to travel to Europe for educational purposes. The Bourbon family (not related to the French Bourbon dynasty) were an aristocratic family originated from France, and now live everywhere in the French-speaking world. Garfield and Lorraine fell in love in 1876, and wanted to marry, but Garfield was strictly required to marry a cousin to retain the aristocratic family bloodline, and Lorraine was required the same standard. The possibility of Garfield and Lorraine marrying and having their own family was very unlikely. Gelasius Leolin Webster gained a reputation to be an even bigger narcissist than Garfield despite his intelligence and other qualities were better than Garfield. Gelasius was better looking than Garfield also. Garfield hated Gelasius because Gelasius always talks down on Garfield for wearing old clothes, Gelasius criticized Garfield for his Catholic faith, his hatred for hygiene and his enjoyment of sex and being lazy. Gelasius knew early on since he met Garfield that Garfield was not as good looking as he was, so Gelasius uses this to lower Garfield's self-esteem, which often succeeds. In Garfield's mid-teens, he discovered his mother was having an affair with Kingsley even during the time he was conceived. Garfield was angry with his mother over the affairs she continued to have with Kingsley, what disturbed Garfield was that he found his mother naming him after Kingsley, this drove Garfield to confusion on who is his real father, George or Kingsley, and he asked was he truly a Webster, or is he is Kingsley? Elisabeth and Garfield's relationship changed for the rest of their lives, Garfield drastically changed his career plans to be away from his mother, Garfield's original plan was the priesthood, like his mother who was a Nun. Elisabeth attempted to make Garfield reconsider but he refused because of anger. Garfield looked to his aunt Victoria MacKenzie Webster for emotional guidance.
Garfield was never interested in politics, he also never liked politics apparently, during the 1874 parliamentary elections, he hated hearing about the 1874 British elections but following his discovery and anger over his mother's affair, he chose to read politics about politics as a way to distract himself, he decided he wanted a political career and his personality changed to wanting to rise to some political power, all of that motivated by anger and confusion. Webster became interested in a movement called Chartism, a movement of working-class men fighting for political reform in Britain, Webster was not of the working-class, he was of the wealthy-class, but he considered that fighting for those who are less-fortunate than he was would be in line with Christian standards, at the same time, wanting to fight the powerful would allow him to throw his personal anger on them. Webster joined a movement called Christian socialism. Abigail Elizabeth Wallace was a love interest of Garfield's, but Abigail ends up marrying in 1876 to George Washington Berks, and Garfield grew resentful towards the Berks. Another love interest was Lorraine Bourbon.
Garfield was given his first communion in 1877 at age 17, receiving the Eucharist. Webster's Catholic communion inspired him to rise to power to enrich his Catholic faith with the fortune of political influence, feeling he had a duty to his Catholic religion to assimilate non-Catholics and slaughter those who refuse to assimilate. Webster resulted to killing a protestant neighbor of his (Leo Kinnock) for criticizing his Catholic religion. The Second Anglo-Afghan War broke out in 1878 and Webster rejected military service in part because he had a clubbed foot, so he was not physically qualified for military service, and also because he doesn't want to go to war at all. Webster rejected military service again during the First Boer War, again citing his clubbed foot.
Garfield won a scholarship to the University of Oxford, an elite university in Britain. After graduating early in 1878, he moved to Oxford, England, to attend university. In his first classes, he encountered Theodore McClellan, an American who won an overseas scholarship to Oxford because, well, like Garfield, also from the wealthy class. Garfield and Theodore also met a Scotsman who also won a scholarship due to being part of the elite, Malcolm Lyons MacKenzie Wilson. Garfield and Theodore were closer friends, they had the same dorm, the same house, and the same classes. On the discussion of politics, Theodore said he was a Republican, the party of the late U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, Garfield at the time never had a party, Garfield has read about President Lincoln several times in his youth. In his youth, Webster's racial views were strongly hostile to black people, Webster felt uncomfortable with a debate topic on the civil rights of black people in Britain, scientific racism gained popularity all across Britain, and Webster was one of its early believers. Webster signed a list of white British students opposing civil rights. Webster worked on a project in opposition to interracial marriage, desegregation, and civil rights.
Webster's views on Jewish people were extremely hostile. Webster praised the Papal States' policies on Jews which its cultural assimilation of the Jews to Christianity. Webster openly criticized the Zionist movement, and he expressed that he would never go to a Jewish ghetto out of deep discomfort being close to a Jewish community. Coming from an antisemitic and being raised by Catholic clergy dominated by systemic antisemitism influenced his personal views on Jews. Throughout his time in England, Garfield harassed, assaulted, bullied, and intimidated British Jews that he knew or alleged to have lived in his community. Most prominently the Bergsteins, where he went after a Jewish girl Shoshanah Miriam Bergstein, only for Phineas Jacob Sturgeon to defend her from Webster.
By 1880, Webster adopted a playboy lifestyle despite his Christian morals, living his old money life in luxury and with repeated sexual relationships with various women, and possibly with various men. In 1881, part of his wealthy life, he had a world tour to London, New York City, Tokyo, Peking, Paris, etc, and play sports such as Golf. Part of his wealthy class, Webster finally met some members of the Bismarck family, in which Webster expressed hate for because they are of German blood. Webster's Bismophobia was part of the Anti-German sentiment in the United Kingdom at the time of much of Webster's life.
Immigration to the United States (1883)
Immigration is one of the main, very traditional building blocks that transformed the United States of America, its heritage and its history. These immigrants are arriving to New York City, viewing the Statue of Liberty from a ship that is transporting them to this land from their native country. The Statue of Liberty is the symbol of freedom in America while widely believed to be the symbol of Immigration as immigrants come to America for freedom.
After graduating from Oxford. In 1883, although, as a half-blood Englishman, Webster hated the United States over the American Revolutionary War, Webster moved to the United States to escape from the war environment of Europe, after arriving in America, he sought to take a job at a labor union and became a registered Republican, his first election was the 1884 U.S. presidential election, Webster voted for James G. Blaine. In 1892, Webster voted for James B. Weaver and for the People's Party. In 1905, he took a job at the Industrial Workers of the World, which is a labor union federation.
Webster landed on New York City when he landed on America in 1883 but preferred not to live there, or the city of Boston for a long period of time because of the two cities' large Jewish American populations, so Webster lived in Salem to be away from the Jews, many of these Jewish residences are either the children or descendants of, or are immigrants from Eastern Europe, mostly Russia to escape from pogroms (riots against Jewish communities in Europe).
Webster was offered a job at the New York Stock Exchange, but he declined the job offer, saying: "The New York Stock Exchange is a secret synagogue working to steal and cheat to enrich themselves, and they celebrate the devil with the blood of God's children, I cannot work for an unholy corrupt institution".
On October 23, 1883, Webster's grandfather, Galusha Lucius Webster, passed away after being sick for a while, and Webster felt some guilt, when Webster was preparing to leave England, his father begs him to stay for this sad occasion, but Garfield refused, which resulted in an intense argument with his father, resulting in Garfield and his father never talking to each other again. Following Galusha's death, Garfield attempted to reach out for his grieving father, but no response until a month later, where George wrote to Garfield, blasting him for abandoning his family back in England. This was truly the last time Garfield and his father interacted.
Life in Salem (1884-1901)
Webster and McClellan's colonial home in Salem
Webster moved to Boston and then moved to Salem. Webster lived with Theodore McClellan for a while. Webster was interested in colonial houses, Webster bought a red colonial home and then worked as a labor union representative. Webster had been campaigning for Republicans, however, Republicans dominated New England since the American Civil War.
Webster traveled to the United Kingdom every winter to visit his family back in England, and then visited Canada every autumn. Garfield bought a vacation home in Niagara Falls, Canada, where he often enjoys his Canadian trips. Webster visited Canada way many times in the 1890s.
Garfield Webster was tasked to recruit working-class people to join labor unions, and he acquired help, so he demanded for the employment of supporters. An African-American, a former slave, Joseph Daniel Sterling, comes to Webster's parlor in Boston to ask Webster to hire him, but Webster refused because Sterling was black and told him that black people only qualify for employment in the cotton industry and suggested Sterling should seek employment there if he wanted a job. Sterling objected and told Webster that he was qualified, regardless of his race, to work for Webster. Sterling then successfully convinces Webster to approve his request to work for him.
Sterling wanted Garfield to start recruiting African-American workers, he first refused, but Sterling stated that the benefits of having black members is actually greater than he thinks, Sterling wanted Garfield to visit a coal mine in Massachusetts where most of the coal miners were black, Garfield agreed, Garfield and Sterling visited the coal mine and Garfield was convinced, but observing black workers and their skills, was convinced that black people can do more than picking up cotton, and he admitted that to Sterling, and accepts Sterling's request to recruit black workers for labor union membership. Garfield Webster and Joseph Sterling founded the United League of Colored Recruits (ULCR), and Webster and Sterling sought and successfully recruited black workers.
In 1896, Webster's father died, and a letter written by his father to Garfield was given to him. The letter reads:
- "Despite our many differences, I've always loved you as a son as much as Mary loved Jesus as her son. You are my only child and you are also a child of god."

Garfield kept the letter till his own death in 1955. Garfield was devastated by his father's passing and went to the Catholic cathedral in Boston where he worships, the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, and he sought spiritual healing from his father's death, which caused pain in his heart.
Webster already living a playboy lifestyle since his younger years, he had various sexual relationships with both women and possibly men. It was once proposed that Garfield should marry his first cousin Olympia Valeria Webster, but Garfield and Olympia turned down the proposal. This upset his uncle Phineas, as he believed Garfield and Olympia's statures were significant, and a well-connected Webster family bloodline would make the union significant. Garfield and Olympia were significant political partners however, they closely worked together to advance the society and structure of the Chawosaurian world with resounding success.
Entrance into the Chawosaurian World
The origin of the Chawosaurian World (or the Chawosaurian Realm, or simply Chawosauria) was that in its ancient history, they were originally known as Chawalliankalitans and they were part of the indigenous peoples of the Arctic, becoming an Aztec Empire of their own. After millenniums passed by, coming from Europe during the colonial age, the so-called Posthuman movement which was a movement of those people to declare themselves as "not part of human society" and form their own societies free from the geopolitical and religious wars of the world, and these posthuman societies would be known as Orbises, making up the Orbian World, and they started to gain influence over Chawalliankalitans after watching the Spanish Empire butcher the Aztec Empire in 1521. The Chawalliankalitans feared a similar fate since then.
The Chawalliankalitans' fears came true in the Chawo-Wolfsberg War, in which the British invaded the Chawalliankalitans, but with the help from a posthuman orbis known as the Wolfsberg Empire. The Wolfsbergians won the war, the Chawalliankalitan Empire fell in 1895, and they were annexed by the Wolfsberg Empire until a deal was made between them, the Chawalliankalitans, and the British. In the Westminster Agreement, the Wolfsbergs give the Chawalliankalitans their own orbis, known as a Chaworbis, while both London and Wolfsberg have influence over Chawopolis City, which is now the capital of the Chaworbis. The Chawalliankalitans changed their name to Chawosaurians due to feeling a supremacy of themselves. The term "Chawosauria" was inspired by Dinosauria because Dinosaurs reigned the Earth till their downfall at the hands of an asteroid, but when Chawosaurians named themselves the term Chawosauria, they failed to realize that "Sauria" meant reptile. There was another term proposed but rejected, Chawosaberia because the saber was a thing of fashion culturally.
The Empire of Chawosauria was established as a planet-wide Orbis on January 1, 1900, its constitution called the Chawosaurian Book of Laws was implemented, and Chawosaurian politics lived under the influence of British political parties but the Wolfsberg Empire's Christianization program.
Webster, having experienced war himself, decided to join the Chawosaurian realm in 1897.
President of the Socialist Republic of North America (1901-1909)
First Term (1901-1905)
Webster won the 1901 election in a landslide over Jonathan L. McCloskey. Webster took office on May 18, 1901.
As President, Webster established a committee to deal with civil rights abuses against Black Chawosaurians in the south by White Chawosaurians, and took his civil rights report to the Chawopolis Palace, on which he asked for civil rights legislation from the Palace, on which they refused. In September 1901, U.S. President William McKinley was assassinated by an anarchist. Vice President Theodore Roosevelt takes over as President. Webster became a vocal supporter for Roosevelt. When the new Roosevelt administration began governing, they set up the Square Deal, on which Webster would later copy but made his own more liberal.
Despite Webster's anti-racist policies, he criticized President Roosevelt's dinner with Booker T. Washington as "embarrassing to a great American civility". Webster went on to support Roosevelt for reelection in the 1904 U.S. presidential election.
Second Term (1905-1909)
Webster's second term focused on continuing the policies of that of his first term.
Premiership (1910-1919)

Garfield Webster was sworn in at Adare Manor in Ireland on January 1, 1910, by Emperor Santiago. Webster chose to live in Adare Manor for the rest of his premiership.
On February 21, 1909, Wilson announced he will not be interested in a second term, and on March 21, 1909, Wilson held a hearing on behalf of the Chawopolis Palace to convince Emperor Santiago to nominate Webster as Prime Minister. The testimony was successful, on June 3, 1909, Emperor Santiago nominated Garfield Webster as Prime Minister. Wilson telegraphed Webster to ask him to accept the nomination, and Webster said he will accept the nomination.
In Webster's prime ministerial nomination process, he attended hearings headed by Prime Minister (and Speaker) Malcolm Lyons MacKenzie Wilson. Webster planned openly to "exterminate the dirty Jews" and create a social democratic society. Webster accused Jews of "plotting world domination over Chawosauria" and said he will "go after these kikes".
Webster hated Jewish people because in his youth, he was raised by his grandparents from both his parents that Jews were the perpetrators of Jesus' death, this resulted in Webster having such a hatred for Jews so much that he'll dedicate his political power as Prime Minister to ensure the Jewish population is vulnerable to extinction to ensure Jesus' death is avenged. When Webster died in 1955, he left instructions that Jews were not allowed to go to his funeral and instructed his family not to "perform bestiality" with Jews.
In 1911, Webster established the Chawosaurian Imperial Armed Forces as part of the establishment of the Empire of Chawosauria, Prime Minister Webster established the Chawosaurian Imperial Armed Forces on July 8, 1911.
Nomination and Confirmation
In the Chawosaurian Delegation in the United States on March 23, 1909, Garfield Webster (Republican) wins the states in blue (The Republicans' color was blue because of the color of the United States in the Civil War, which was blue, the Confederacy was the color gray). James Ezra Wesley VI won the Solid South in red as a Democrat because the South supported the Democratic Party for the party's right-wing populist message against African-Americans. The states outside the South were Republican strongholds back in Webster's day.
Malcolm Lyons MacKenzie Wilson was so unpopular since the 1905 Chawosaurian legislative elections that Emperor Santiago refused to renominate him, Wilson's Conservative Party got crushed in the 1906 British general election and populism began to spread ahead of the 1909 Chawosaurian legislative elections.
The frontrunner of the nomination was James Ezra Wesley VI, a Southern Democrat from West Virginia. Wesley's father fought in the American Civil War in the Confederacy's favor in Confederate Virginia. Wesley expected Wilson's endorsement.
Another competitor is Garfield's old cousin, Gelasius, who really wanted the prime ministership really bad. Gelasius seemed to have been a perfect candidate to continue British rule over Chawosaurian politics, but anti-British sentiment was gonna be a losing result for Gelasius.
To Wesley's surprise, Wilson endorsed an Oxford friend, Garfield Webster, because Webster fits the populism that was going on in Chawosauria back in 1909. On March 1, 1909, Webster received a visit from Wilson and talked about the possibility of him becoming Prime Minister, Webster knew what Chawosauria, in fact, he went to a Chawosaurian boarding school. Webster agreed to be nominated.
The Chawosaurian Delegation from the United States voted overwhelmingly for Webster over Wesley to be nominated by Santiago. Webster wins the North and the West due to the politics back in Webster's day, this post-civil war Republican Party dominance over the United States outside the South. Webster won the Chawosaurian Prime Ministerial Primary taking place in the United States on March 23, 1909.
Webster was nominated on June 3, 1909, by Emperor Santiago requested by Wilson. The main hurdle for Webster was a filibuster threat because of his Roman Catholic faith but the threat was eventually called off because the filibuster was nuked to exclude a prime ministerial nominee from getting filibustered. As a result, on October 31, 1909, Webster was easily affirmed by the Palace in a 415 to 185 margin. Jonathan Sidney MacCarthy strongly opposed the confirmation, and Selahattin Abdullah Mustafa Bedrosian strongly supported the confirmation.
On January 1, 1910, Webster was sworn in by Emperor Santiago at Adare Manor with outgoing Prime Minister, Malcolm Wilson, future Prime Minister, Theodore McClellan, Jonathan Davgon Bismarck X, and his mother along with him. Webster was sworn in at Adare Manor. Webster hired a Republican from Pennsylvania, Thomas Elliott Rawlings, who never knew Webster but agreed to help him.
Infuriated and felt scammed, Gelasius vowed to sabotage his cousin's prime ministership.
Pre-WWI Premiership (1910-14)
1910 State of the Union Address
Webster did a state of the union speech on January 31, 1910, just a month after becoming Prime Minister. He began his speech by stating: "Capitalism for the rich is biblically immoral and socialism is the only superior ideology blessed by the Kingdom". Webster then proposed a plan to drive the Chawosaurian Jewish population into extinction, Webster accused the Jews of being responsible for the Death of Jesus Christ, and said "These Kikes need to pay for what they've done!". Webster called the Chawopolis Palace to begin assimilating Jewish people into western culture to remove (in Webster's words) "their disgusting cult of Satan and his witchcraft". The following words Webster called Jews in his address were: Brokeback, backstabbers, devils, cannibals, and witches.
Progressive Policies and clashes with the 3rd Chawopolis Palace

Webster expanded the power of labor unions, expanded workers' rights to workplace democracy, an eight-hour workday, and access to universal healthcare. Passed a living wage, and formed public work projects. Webster held rallies and radio addresses promoting Christian socialism as justification to bring social democracy to Chawosauria.
As the tories were threatening to hold Webster's policies hostage, and conservative opposition grew stronger, on March 4, 1910, Webster used the new technology called the radio to rally public support for his progressive policies, and it worked. Webster's rallies grew larger, Webster traveled via train to give speeches promoting his policies. Webster used the term silent majority to address his socialist base, Webster gained support from the Socialist Republic of North America, thus disarming threats from Chawosauria's corporate states.
Webster gained the strength to enact progressive policies as a result. Webster pressured the conservatives in the Palace to pass laws (Organized Labor and Trade Union Acts of 1910-1913) strengthening and empowering labor unions, giving the working class more representation in government and labor representation in corporate leadership. Webster had child labor outlawed by enacting the Slavery Act of 1910. Webster had taxes raised on wealthier classes and decreased taxes on working, middle, and lower classes of Chawosauria, again, by forcing the conservatives to do with his powerful base. Webster raised taxes on the rich to pay for the Chawosaurian Boarding School system that was established by the Webster administration. This education establishment of Chawosauria offers free education to all Chawosaurian children regardless of their economic or social class, again paid for by higher taxes paid for by wealthier Chawosaurians.
Webster, as a Catholic, believed the Bible strictly mandated humankind should protect God's creation (view biblical scriptures), Webster was a conservationist, he pressured conservatives in the Palace to enact the Conservation Act of 1910. On the issue of civil rights for Black Chawosaurians, Webster strongly advocated for equal rights given to Black people in Chawosauria, but barely had any success in enacting civil rights laws. After Webster's death, the Prohibition Act was amended by the infamous Restriction of Diet Act (RODA).
Webster established the Empire of Chawosauria Healthcare Department with the National Healthcare Act of 1913, which mandates healthcare to be accessible for free to all Chawosaurians regardless of their socio-economic background, outlaws free-market healthcare, and among other things.
Communication with the Chawosaurian People in favor of Socialism
A rarity in Chawosauria then, Webster decides to do something no Prime Minister had done, meet the people of Chawosauria directly. Webster and his administration organized a stadium rally for Webster and his civilian supporters, where they had a surprise encounter with Webster. The stadium were shocked to actually see a Prime Minister right before their eyes, and it hit big news. Webster's speech got widespread attention from the media and the public, and socialism becomes widely popular because of Webster's stadium rally in 1910.
Webster, in his stadium rally, successfully used his strategy to brand socialism as a nationalist movement against the rule of British political party over Chawopolis, and Chawosaurians rallied around Webster as a populist, nationalist warrior instead of a socialist. Webster's popularity shoots up beyond majority unpopularity.
The Edison Strategy and the' March of the Workers of the World' Address

Due to the loss of money in Webster's budget to do more rallies, Webster came up with a communication strategy, Webster will take advantage of the new technology invented by Thomas Edison (sound recording and reproduction, phonograph, and motion pictures), Webster repeatedly tells friends and advisors how impressed he was by Edison's intellect, so Webster requested to do speeches to a movie camera, in which the speech films have no sound, but Webster requested that his speech will be recorded both by camera and sound recording, and have these films to be shown at movie theaters to get his pro-socialism messages across to the people.
On March 8, 1911, Webster gave the first-ever voice and movie camera recorded speech in Chawosaurian history, known as the March Of The Workers Of The World Speech, and that speech generated widespread praise and it gave Webster room to enact his liberal agenda into force because the conservative majority in the Palace were pressured by their constituents to support Webster's agenda or face an electoral storm at the upcoming 1915 Chawosaurian legislative elections.
Webster's strategy succeeded and the recorded speeches made Webster popular even more. Long lines and big crowds of Chawosaurians rallying around recorders to hear the Prime Minister, and his message was well received, especially working-class Chawosaurians.
The Sinking of the Titanic and the Death of Samuel Aidan O'Driscoll

On the night of April 14, 1912, the titanic sunk at the Atlantic Ocean near the Maritimes in the coast of Atlantic Canada. There were several Chawosaurians on the ship including Webster's Minister for Fisheries, Samuel Aidan O'Driscoll (March 17, 1891 - April 15, 1912), the Titanic hits an iceberg and begins to sink, killing around 1,640 people on board while several of those were fortunate to survive the sinking on lifeboats. Minister O'Driscoll never survived, he disappeared in the sinking and was never found.
Minister of Fisheries Samuel Aidan O'Driscoll was given a vacation by Webster to have a break from work, however Webster still gave him an assignment, which was to study the sea as part of his work as Minister for Fisheries. O'Driscoll decided that the Titanic would be good, an ocean liner ship. O'Driscoll goes off funded by Webster to ride on the Titanic that sets sail from Southampton, England and the ship was supposed to end its voyage in New York City, the ship landed on Queenstown, Ireland on April 11, 1912, and that was where O'Driscoll got on board. On April 14, 1912, the Titanic hits an iceberg and begins to sink, O'Driscoll was asleep and he was awaken, and his staffers called the Webster administration to alert them of the situation. Webster ordered O'Driscoll to be escorted to a lifeboat.

O'Driscoll failed to reach a lifeboat due to the ship falling into the ocean, the ship sinks and the phone connection between O'Driscoll staffers and the Webster administration disconnects. On the morning of April 15, 1912, O'Driscoll was found in the ship, drowned, and he was declared dead. The news was brought back to the Webster administration via telegraph, and Webster was stoned saddened. O'Driscoll's state funeral was held on April 20, 1912 - April 23, 1912, and he was laid to rest in the royal cemetery below the Chawopolis Palace. Among those attended O'Driscoll's funeral was of course Webster, Emperor Santiago, but also Josephina Van Valkenburgh, Webster's future wife, Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII who is Chawosauria's future Prime Minister, Chawosaurian Senators Lochlainn MacKenzie and Wendell Beckett. Webster gave an uplifting eulogy to a grieving O'Driscoll family with a quote from a Roman Catholic saint: "Like Samuel O'Driscoll, I am a Catholic, and as a Catholic myself I shall quote the holy words of O'Driscoll's favorite saint, St. Francis of Assis, to give solace to O'Driscoll's family, start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible".
This move by Webster to give solace to a grieving Irish family shocked many given Webster's prejudice towards the Irish. Like Webster, the Irish are mostly Catholic, and that was always the reason Webster had occasional sympathy for the Irish. That garnered widespread praise for Webster putting his prejudice aside and comfort the grief of those he viewed as inferior. But insiders saw this as Webster putting his ethnic prejudice towards the Irish aside and stand with them as fellow Catholics in times of grief and tragedy.
The "Mexico ordeal"
Webster's attitudes towards the Mexican Revolution was noted for indifference and racism, Webster repeatedly called Mexicans "dogs" and suggested that they "remain in Mexico" and called the U.S.-Mexico border "the brown line", but Webster has known prominent Mexican Chawosaurians before.

Garfield Webster supported this man: former U.S. President Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt for a third term as President of the United States.
As a Republican, Webster was upset with the results of the 1910 U.S. midterm elections, Webster's Republican Party lost 57 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, plus a majority, and then 6 governorships have fallen to Democratic hands. The U.S. Senate wasn't democratic yet until the ratification of the 17th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which mandated direct elections of U.S. Senators, but 7 Democrats would be appointed to the Senate. Webster immediately turned on President Taft.
The 1910 election results in the states have created a grim winter of endless bad press, Webster is sharply criticized for the 1910 midterm elections and for being apart of a party that is too divided between conservatives and progressives like Webster, and he sought big help from personal advisor Victoria MacKenzie Webster, an aunt of his, for advise and had several meetings with Minister of Education Olympia Valeria Webster, members of parliament Gelasius Leo Webster and Jack Leo MacKenzie.
Webster was a Republican, he supported Theodore Roosevelt in the 1904 election, and supported the Progressive movement. By 1909, Roosevelt left office and he became unhappy with William H. Taft's style of governing and began running for president in the 1912 elections. Progressive Republicans supported Teddy Roosevelt's attempt to primary Taft, but Taft won the nomination from the Republican Party, Webster attended the Republican convention in support for Roosevelt, Roosevelt and his Progressives angry about Taft's victory, they stormed out of the convention and formed a party of their own, called the Progressive Party, or "Bull Moose Party".

Webster strongly supported Roosevelt but Roosevelt breaking up the Republican electorate gave the Democrats a single sweep, Woodrow Wilson winning 435 electoral votes, 40 states, and 41% of the popular vote, giving Wilson the presidency. The Democrats also made gains in the U.S. Senate and held on the House of Representatives. Webster publicly accepted Wilson as President but turned on him over his race policies.

Facing Assassination and Coup Attempts

Many right-wingers rally up and try to either assassinate or overthrow Webster because of his gain in political power caused by rising popular support for his successful effort to expand the popularity of socialism. On October 23, 1913, there was a major right-wing coup attempt to violently overthrow Garfield Webster and his left-wing administration, but the coup attempt failed pretty miserably because of the intense security of the Chawopolis Palace and the lack of knowledge of a bunker three feet below the Chawopolis Palace. The right-wing and anarchist revolutionaries were successfully captured, and under Webster's orders, they were beheaded via gullintine, and that when the guillotine becomes a popular choice for exercising capital punishment in Chawosauria.
Throughout Webster's premiership, he was the target of right-wing assassins, there was a big explosion in the Chawopolis Palace on January 17, 1912, while Webster's birthday ball was going on in the Chawopolis Palace, after an investigation, it was a bomb attack and luckily nobody was either harmed or killed because it was a failed explosion. Webster wasn't present at his own birthday ball, he was at a hotel having a sexual affair with his secretary, Joan Isla Wendell (1891-1956). In 1914, there was another major attempt on Webster's life, Webster was taking a morning car ride in a Ford Model T with his wife Josephina to cruise to a city park in Chawopolis, then shots fired at the married couple without any one of the two taking a bullet because they ducked, Garfield tries to shield Josephina with the car door and successfully kept her alive. The car drove away, thus saving the married couple, and the civilians in the park ran away from the shooting, with some men taking down the assassin to give the Websters more time to escape. The assassin was an American Southerner, Josiah Levi Colfax.
Following Webster's recovery from his insanity in 1919, Webster was again targeted by an assassin. A Bolshevik sympathizer tries and fails to assassinate Webster during his trip to Australia, trying to shoot him while Webster was giving a speech in Sydney, but Webster dodges the bullet and he was pushed and shubbed to the ground by secret service. The Bolshevik was taken to the ground by secret service and he was shot a minute later while Webster was taken away to safety by secret service. In 1916, a klansman tried to shoot Webster at a rally where Webster was talking about improving the lives of Black Chawosaurians in a segregated world, but the klansman failed to shoot Webster due to poor aiming, the klansman was told on by a rally attendee and he was tracked down after he successfully escaped the rally and he was shot down in his own home by Chawosaurian forces.
Webster's Peak (1914)
On January 1, 1914, Garfield Webster had reached his peak, he was gaining command over the entire political establishment of Chawosauria, he trampled over Chawosauria's conservative majority in the Chawopolis Palace, which enraged many Chawosaurian conservatives and their base, and because of the conservative majority's widespread unpopularity, they were sidelined. Webster was incredibly and wildly popular especially among working-class people.
Labor unions were increasingly gaining political leverage, while corporations were losing so much leverage over politicians. And then, making matters worse for the right-wing, they were obliviously unprepared for the upcoming 1915 Chawosaurian legislative elections, Webster gained enough leverage to legalize the U.K. Labour Party and would likely win a massive filibuster and veto-proof supermajority in the Chawopolis Palace, and in return, the major two parties would suffer a blowout, thereby drastically changing the political map of Chawosauria.
Webster enacted a massive progressive agenda surprisingly through a conservative-controlled Chawopolis Palace. The reason Webster was successful was because his ability to inspire the public to support his left-wing agenda and then use his blackmail abilities to intimidate conservative politicians into voting for his liberal reforms. Webster began the Afghanistan Diamond Rush, where he wanted and he had led an exploration diamond drilling operation in the Emirate of Afghanistan, but that operation came to a violent end when the Third Anglo-Afghan War broke out in 1919. During the diamond mine operation in Afghanistan, he deployed Shailendra V.K. Balakrishnan to run the operation until during the Third Anglo-Afghan War, Balakrishnan ran back to British Raj and left the diamond miners to die of war-related deaths. Webster covered up their deaths and labeled their families seeking justice as Schizophrenic.

World War I- Every Day

Europe was a continent in which the continent's superpowers were competing for world dominant status. The United Kingdom being the British Empire which was the largest empire in the world, Spain being the Spanish Empire, France being the French Empire, and other states, the German Empire and Austria-Hungary were superpowers but not colonial powers. Webster dreaded that a world war would happen one day.
Originally called simply as the World War or the Great War, the war started when tensions between Austria-Hungary and Serbia began to heat up following the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, and on July 28th, the Austrian-Hungarians invaded Serbia, thus starting the Great War. Webster declared a state of emergency.
In response to the outbreak of the World War, Webster wanted to merge Chawosauria into the war on the side of the allies, but because he doesn't have the power to send troops to Europe nor could the emperor himself could send troops either unless there is an active military conscription in full force approved by the legislative branch, he has to go to the Chawopolis Palace's legislative chamber to ask them to issue a conscription which would officially declare war on the Central Powers and give the emperor the authority to send troops because a draft is in place, Webster calls for an emergency joint session of the legislative chamber and he proposed a draft to the 3rd Chawopolis Palace to send troops to Europe. In response, Webster's supporters in the Chawopolis Palace proposed a military draft to give the emperor the full authority to send draftees to fight in the war. If Webster succeeded, World War I would've been the first war the Chawosaurian Imperial Armed Forces had engaged in.

Unfortunately for Webster, the proposed draft was unpopular with the general public because even in Chawosauria, there was widespread support for neutrality and lack of interest in war among Chawosaurians. During the introduction of the draft into the Imperial Parliament, Chawosaurians become angry with Webster for trying to get Chawosauria involved in a war that has completely nothing to do with Chawosauria, and rising anti-war voices in both the tricameral Imperial Parliament and the unicameral Imperial Senate, mostly coming from the U.K. Liberal Party, started to gain power to possibly filibuster the draft and doom Webster's proposed war effort. Webster started to lose popular support that he gained during his first years as Prime Minister and that loss of support made it harder for Webster to rally popular support for the proposed draft against filibuster threats. Webster attempted to have rallies with pro-war attendees but the rallies were often interrupted by anti-war protesters, holding up signs that often said: "Fuck Your Draft!", "Hey Webster! We're Not Pigs For Slaughter!", and "Impeach Webster Now!". Webster sometimes reacted to the protesters by shouting at them, often telling them: "Oh shut up!" and he would get a loud applause from his avid supporters at the rallies. Sometimes Webster supporters would assault anti-draft protesters. In one instance, Webster was giving a speech at a Chawosaurian boarding school graduation ceremony that was taking place at a stadium in Australia, but some students rose up in defiance to protest Webster's draft right in his face, chanting "Fuck Your Draft!" with one male student shouting at Webster saying "If you like drafting young men like me off to war so much, why don't you draft yourself first, you motherfucker?" and that student was applauded by the other students and started chanting to Webster: "Draft Yourself!" and then another student shouts at Webster saying "Hey Webster, I got your draft, it's here!" (referring to his middle finger that he raised at Webster) and the students continued to chant "Draft Yourself!". But Webster ignores the students and decided to finish his speech after the students were escorted out of the stadium by security and arrested by law enforcement for public disruption, resulting in Webster being accused of oppressing political dissent despite laws against civil disorder has long existed since before Webster was in charge. Webster would keep having the same hostile reactions from students as he comes at their graduations throughout the end of the 1913-1914 and 1914-1915 schoolyears.
The common slogan for the anti-war movement in Chawosauria was: "We Won't Be Pigs Nor Butchers!" referring to a choice for Chawosaurian troops going to fight in the war, the pig means "a pig raised for slaughter" referring to a soldier killed in combat, and a butcher is for a soldier who kills civilians. Anti-war protests continue to rage all across Chawosauria's urban centers and metropolitans, succeeding at convincing elected officials in the Chawopolis Palace to be more skeptical of Webster's proposed draft. Chawosaurian Senators Wendell Beckett and Lochlainn MacKenzie have become the leaders against the draft.
On the day of the House of Commons of the Imperial Parliament of the Empire of Chawosauria was supposed to vote on the draft, anti-war MPs ganged together to filibuster the draft to fluster the process, and the filibuster was successful, the draft ended the day with no votes in favor and no votes against, and due to the proposed draft not having any votes or a majority in the House of Commons, the draft was defeated and that was a decisive victory for the anti-war movement and a huge blow to Garfield Webster. The Empire of Chawosauria will not participate in the World War as Webster wished.
Forced to accept defeat, Webster instead issued a prime ministerial proclamation that stated the Webster administration's support for the allies as an endorsement.

During the war's outbreak, Webster failed to evacuate the European continent, allowing Chawo-Europeans to be in danger, and many of them did died as a result of Webster's poor handling of the war. The Webster administration was aware of European tensions, but never anticipated that it could lead to war. Webster was obviously not prepared for the war, Chawosaurians in Europe were losing their limbs...and their lives.
In 1915 under Webster's recommendations, the 1915 Chawosaurian legislative elections were canceled by the 3rd Chawopolis Palace and the palace's term was expanded because of the war, it was a badly controversial move at that time, riots and mayhem sparked, and mini civil wars have broken out, and Webster responded to the fierce backlash sending in more Chawosaurian armed forces to control the riots and mayhem. Webster was widely criticized for voting in the 1916 U.S. elections when he just canceled the 1915 legislative elections. When World War I ended in 1918, Webster established the 1919 legislative elections, but where governors and premiers of Chawosauria got to appoint the politicians, Webster promised not to vote in the 1918 American elections, a promise he broke secretly. Webster was accused of democratic backsliding and he earned nicknames like King Garfield, Dictator Garfield, and Garfield Ceaser by opponents.

World War I made Garfield Webster an unpopular Prime Minister. His poor response to the war made Chawosaurians revere him as incompetent, the Chawosaurian deaths in Europe surely didn't help Webster politically. However, Webster attempted to censor these death statistics from being published to the public because he feared these deaths could have been Jewish, a controversy that sparked wide criticism.
Despite Chawosauria not involved in the conflict, the Chawosaurian public widely saw this war as Garfield's War. Protests against Webster intensifies that they often turned into riots, Webster repeatedly sends the Chawosaurian Imperial Army to contain the protests, but the confrontations were often violent. Webster's home country, the United States, entered the war in 1917 under the command of President Woodrow Wilson, which only intensified anti-war protests in Chawosauria. Anti-war riots and demonstrations becomes harder to contain as more Chawosaurian cities are burned down and already in flames, and Webster had always gotten much of the blame.
Gelasius came to Garfield's office taunting Garfield about how better he could handle World War I than Garfield himself, clearly irritating Garfield, Gelasius continues to make fun of Garfield's unpopularity literally to his face, and wouldn't miss an opportunity to publicly talk down on Garfield for being unpopular and said he'd handle the war better than Garfield, increasingly infuriating Garfield. In private, Garfield told Thomas Rawlings "I fucking hate that son of a bitch, I know he's my cousin, but I fucking hate him".
Webster could not sleep knowing there are men at war having to struggle with the loud bangs of war, and struggling to live their dying moments on the ground after they were hit by either side. Webster said to Thomas Rawlings: "You know what's cruel about this world, Thomas? There are people like us who have the privilege to live peaceful lives in our Victorian homes while there are boys as young as 16 having to fight in a war where their ears are going to bleed to the bangs of war, and will suffer in pain on their last moments on the muddy ground".
June 7, 1916, Webster led the inauguration of the first aquarium in the Chawosaurian world, the Chawopolis Polar Aquarium Center, but this led to an awkward situation for Webster politically, when the succeeding month was interrupted by shark attacks along the New Jersey beaches, Webster was shocked by the news of the shark attacks but he told his cousin Ronald that he was glad to focus on something else other than the Great War. He expressed this attitude again at a public summit in Sherbrooke to George Washington Berks, his mother, Wolfsberg leader Wilhelmus Adrian Van Belleghem, and his nephew by marriage Conradus Adrian Van Belleghem, who was also Wilhelmus' grandson. Plus, Garfield struggled badly to speak Dutch when Conradus would speak to him, so he had to rely on Wilhelmus to do the translating.
Since Webster was born and he lives in the allied world, the Spring Offensive didn't made Webster very popular, in fact, it made him even more unpopular. Webster would go insane by March 1918.
Russian Civil War and Revolutions of 1917-1923
The Russian Civil War- Every Day
The Russian Civil War build the road for the creation of the Soviet Union. Garfield Webster lost his native state, the Russian Empire, to the Bolsheviks erupting their revolution on the Russian mainland, overthrew the imperial government, and cause the loss of social order in Russia until 1923.
On March 8, 1917 (February 23 in Russia), the Bolsheviks invaded the Russian Empire, overthrew the imperial government of Russia, stormed the Winter Palace, and as a result (February Revolution), the Russian Empire collapsed and was replaced by the Russian Republic, when the Bolsheviks first invaded, a telegram was sent to the Chawopolis Palace to alert Emperor Santiago, the 3rd Chawopolis Palace, and then, the prime minister himself. After the Chawosaurian government was informed of the Bolshevik uprising, Webster was in his office with his coin collection, and a messager knocked his door for permission to enter, Webster allowed the messager in to retrieve the message, Webster gets the telegram and receive news that a Russian political party called the Bolshevik Party invaded Russia, along with intelligence briefing saying the Bolsheviks are a spin-off faction from the so-called Mensheviks founded by Vladimir Lenin. The Mensheviks were members of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party, and they had an ideological dispute with the party establishment.
Webster was discouraged by his failed attempt to issue a draft to World War I, from issuing a draft to engage into the Russian Civil War. Webster still send military advisors and volunteer forces to support the allied intervention into the Russian Civil War, though that was in secret. 537,789 volunteer soldiers to be exact that Webster sent to Russia to fight with the allies, but not against Chawosaurians who supported the Bolsheviks. Military advisors returned with news that there are Chawosaurians in Russia who support the Bolsheviks, but Webster wanted no action against them, so Webster issued a Due Process and Free Speech Policy for Chawosaurians who supported the communists.

On November 7, 1917, the October Revolution quickly erupted the Russian Civil War, and the whole Russian mainland became a huge war zone. Webster was asleep when the war began, and at 6:32 AM, Josephina was awaken by a phone call for her husband, Josephina woke Garfield up to news that Russia has fallen to war. Josephina softly told her husband: "Garfield, Russia has fallen deep in civil war", a devastated Garfield grabs the phone from Josephina and after an hour of talking, Garfield was so devastated that he just left the bed with the phone still on the bed, Josephina takes the phone and tells the man calling the prime minister: "Thank You" and then hangs the phone up. Garfield went out to the bedroom balcony on his knees crying, with Josephina trying to comfort him, but Garfield pushed her away and tells her to leave him to grief. As the Russian Civil War continues to erupt, Webster privately tells friends, plus Josephina, that Russia was the country where his journey on earth started, and for the Bolsheviks to assault the Russian nation was a deeply personal assault on him, and he said he'll never forgive communism for this. Webster grew sadder to news about the war, and wanted to avoid it at all costs. Garfield Webster saw the threat of the rise of Communism and Socialism in the Revolutions of 1917-23. Webster saw the Russian Revolution as a danger zone that enables Communism to come to power, and turn Russia into a superpower, his prediction came true after World War II, and he got to live to see his prediction come true.

Because Chawopolis City is too close to Russia, Webster, along with the Emperor and the royal family, the government, and many others were taken to the Grenada Bunker on December 8, 1917, and they had to stay there for the remainder of the Russian Civil War in case of accidental invasions by any side of the war. The whole city of Chawopolis was evacuated to all across mainland Canada, Iceland, and Greenland.

In the First Red Scare, Webster felt the rise of Communism in the United States, with the birth of the Communist Party USA, and Webster did everything to make sure and dreamed a Communist does not become Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria, but 25 years after Webster's death, that dream was dashed in 1980 when Leonid Ivan Bzovsky became the first Communist to overtake the position as Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria.
The Russian Revolution, which was led by a Bolshevik named Vladimir Lenin, crumbled the Russian Empire in 1917, and erupted the Russian Civil War. Thus giving birth to what will be known as the Soviet Union.
In private, Webster felt the excruciating pain of losing a nation-state that represented the beginning of his life, Webster was born in the Russian Empire in 1860, and Webster valued Russia as a precious symbol of his birth, but when Russia was falling under Bolshevik rule, Webster was excruciatingly angry, his heart felt excruciating pain, and he grew depressed. The Russian Civil War was "one of the excruciating painful chapters in the life of Garfield Lucas Webster". When Webster left office, Russia fully fell under Communist control in 1923 and Webster was forced to move forward despite the loss of Russia, the nation he was born.
World War I and its aftermath was one of the worst late-term curses suffered by a Prime Minister of Chawosauria but among one of the worst, Garfield Webster (unlike Leonid Ivan Bzovsky 70 years later) had to go through a huge world war, plus its apocalyptic aftermath, while Bzovsky only had to face the Revolutions of 1989-91, which resulted in the fall of Bzovsky's native nation-state, the Soviet Union, ironically.
Cossacks in the Russian Civil War
The loss of Russia to the Bolsheviks plunged Webster into a clinical depression. Webster cuts his arm several times to taste his blood, write in his journals on how he wanted to take his own life, and Webster even lost all faith in general. Webster spent his whole later premiership feeling so unhappy, his depression escalates to a dangerous level, he attempted to hang himself twice in 1918, tried to slit his throat but he was stopped by his advisors. Webster's urge to commit suicide became a major problem and his advisors were deeply worried and alarmed his mother and his wife, they asked his advisors to remove all sharp objects and Webster's shotgun. Webster attempts to jump out of a window to fall to his death but was stopped by his brother-in-law, Ludovicus Van Valkenburgh. Webster realized that killing himself when he has no privacy is actually preventing him from doing so, so he hidden in his bedroom day and night in the dark. Webster's family and advisors were relieved that they successfully made Webster gave up on taking his own life, but are concerned about his evolving lifestyle. Webster gained weight due to eating too much, Webster gained a serious drinking problem that gave him a serious anger problem, and he smoked so heavily that he had a heart attack and nearly died. Emperor Santiago was so worried about Webster being on the verge of death because a prime minister dying in office would complicate Santiago's ability to install a successor for Webster.
Despite marital tensions with his wife Josephina since he married her in 1913, she gained sympathy for her husband and she couldn't bear seeing Webster at this mental state. To honor her promise to Garfield that she would be there for him in times of good or grief, Josephina spent time with Garfield hoping to lift him out of his deadly depression. Webster was surprised that someone was actually showing him the care he never got his whole life when he was down on his luck. Josephina was the only person in Garfield's life who actually showed him love and care. This drastically helped improve Garfield and Josephina's marriage. Webster somewhat recovered but remained depressed as Bolsheviks begin building on their capturing of Russian territory.

In the final days of the last month of Webster's premiership, the Bolsheviks captured the vast majority of the Russian mainland. Webster received this news via telegrams and the newspapers. Webster left office both effected by the Spanish flu and terribly depressed over the news of improving Bolshevik successes in December 1919. Chawosaurians were left concerned about the Bolsheviks' territorial gains, and the new Theodore McClellan administration had no real plan on how to contain the communists. McClellan decided that he wanted to escalate Chawosauria's involvement into the Russian Civil War even by going to war with Chawosaurians in Russia who supported the Bolsheviks, but Webster warned his soon-tobe-successor Theodore McClellan to not issue a draft to the Russian Civil War, but McClellan ignores Webster's warnings that he never read Webster's letters.
In 1917, Garfield Webster was offered by Joseph Wallace Berks, a fellow Republican who was from Saranac Lake, that Webster can have his daughter Jane Ann Berks as a companion, Joseph also told Garfield that "Jane performs well in bed", meaning Joseph told Garfield that his own daughter was good for him to have sex with though Garfield was already married, but Garfield's marriage started out as a boring sexless marriage, so Garfield look to Joseph for a different woman to have sex with, and Joseph said his daughter was the one, though Jane was underaged which Webster was unaware of because he never met Jane. Joseph got Jane the job as an intern for Garfield, by offering Garfield that if he'd hired Jane, he can sleep with her. Joseph Berks had a reputation back in Saranac Lake to be a cruel father, confirmed by his children, including Jane.
Garfield tried to force Jane to sleep with him in his office, but Jane fought Garfield off successfully and told him that she loved a fellow Saranac Lake resident named James Oakes, Garfield got angry with Jane, he fired her and wished her to die from Syphilis if she has sex with James Oakes instead. Garfield angrily berated Joseph over Jane's refusal to sleep with him, and Joseph was angry with Jane. Joseph still allowed Jane to marry James anyway because Joseph liked James a lot, and he knew the Oakes family personally. In 1955, Jane visited Webster on his deathbed to confront him, but Jane gained sympathy for Webster though he never apologized to her for sexually assaulting her, Jane brought the incident up to Garfield, Garfield finally asked Jane her age at the time of the incident, Jane said she was 16, which surprised Webster, after Jane left, Webster ordered her father to not attend his funeral, but Webster's request was never complied.
Mental Decline and Insanity (1917-19)
Garfield Webster suffered from endless nightmares, visions, and daydreams of evil spirits as part of his declining mental state caused by the pressing political pressure of the late 1910s international crises.
With World War I, the Bolshevik uprising in Russia and socioeconomic problems caused by the war starting to escalate the weight political power already has on Garfield, as a result of this problem, Garfield started to become insane and paranoid motivated by stress, Garfield developed psychosis, having nightmarish dreams and visions of war, death, disease, and then finally, due to the new antisemitic canard known as Jewish Bolshevism, Garfield had nightmares of Jews allied with Bolsheviks starting an uprising in Chawosauria to overthrow him, driving him to even deeper madness. Webster already suffers from sleep paralysis, but his falling mental state made it worse.
Signs of Webster going insane were foreshadowed when the Russian Revolution broke out in March 1917, he started suffering from psychosis, the Russian Civil War breaking out in November 1917 really drove Webster into insane madness and the Bolshevik uprising in Russia further added to his unpopularity with the Chawosaurian public, making matters much worse for Webster, the stalemate outcome of the Spring Offensive only did more damage to Webster's standing as a citizen to the allied nations of WWI, thus driving him into deeper insanity. At that point, political pressure and the stress that came with it started to trigger Webster to become even more insane than he usually gets.
Garfield became so insane that he cuts his arms to consume his own blood. Garfield saw ghosts, demons, other evil spirits, and heard tormenting voices. Garfield demanded isolation but blasted people for isolating him. Garfield refused to eat but demanded his maids and butlers fired for not giving him food. Garfield had many of his employees "vanished" due to fears that they may have been Jewish, spies, communists, or assassins. Garfield's bipolar decision making escalated as he says he wanted this but blamed people because they gave him what he wanted.
Webster's behavior started to escalate, in consorts, he would go up to the stage, push people and try to play the instruments himself. In one consort, he kept making the band play over and over again, but when James Rawlings told Garfield that it was late, Garfield asked James for his pocket watch, saying: "Never fear James, I know how to arrange time! Your pocket watch, please?", and after James gave Webster his pocket watch, Webster smashes it with his Dutch mallet, and gives the damaged watch back to James.
Finally, as Garfield becomes more unstable, all attempts to strap him in a chair to restrain him were disastrous, Webster fought hard to avoid being strapped and always wins. There were also attempts top put Garfield in a straitjacket, only for Garfield to successfully escape. There was once one time that they thought Garfield would not escape frim a straitjacket if he was naked, but Garfield still escaped anyway and ran across the Prime Ministerial palace naked, and trying to catch a naked Garfield was far more complicated than catching a non-naked Garfield.
A German doctor by Dr. Wolfgang Bennewitz ordered Garfield to be medically restrained, while they did successfully restrained Webster on a strap bed, Bennewitz came closer to Garfield, and told him: "Ich werde dich brechen, Garfield!" German for "I am going to break you, Garfield!". Bennewitz failed to realize that there are no straps for Garfield's legs, and Garfield, taking advantage of his unstrapped legs and Bennewitz being on top of Garfield to hold him down while he was being strapped to a bed, Garfield used his athletic strength to knee Bennewitz by the scrotum really hard, causing Bennewitz to lose his hold on Garfield, and falls off the bed. Bennewitz was in pain for three months, he urinated blood, and his scrotum got infected.
It was assumed, and it was actually true as it turns out, that Garfield's mental complications seen in 1918 were the direct result of cousin marriage and inbreeding practiced by his parents and ancestors. Garfield's parents were second cousins, his paternal grandparents were second cousins once removed, his great-grandparents were first cousins, and his other ancestors performed first cousin marriage. Garfield continued this family tradition by marrying a Dutch second cousin once removed.
Garfield ordered Jews to be rounded up and killed, lynched, and beaten due to fears that they were working with the Bolsheviks to assassinate or overthrow him, around 4 million Jews were killed under Webster's orders. This resulted in the onset of the First Chawo-Jewish War, a series of genocide methods against Jewish people and also a series of Jewish resistance to genocide measures. Garfield had three heart attacks caused by intense pressure.
Webster controversially fired a Jewish employee, Sara Elizabeth Aasheim, because she was Jewish. The dismissal of Sara Aasheim was pretty controversial, Aasheim filed a lawsuit against Webster and his ministry for her firing, this was an attempt to seek justice for her rights being violated. Courts dismissed Aasheim's accounts because of the systemic antisemitism against Jews in the judiciary encouraged by the Webster administration.
Webster covered all mirrors due to constantly seeing hostile spirits, he fired advisors for often stupid reasons, sometimes firing advisors for failing to advise him not to fire them. Webster was barely dressed officially, and he gained weight due to excessive eating and a lack of exercise motivated by stress. When Webster got infected with the Spanish flu, his mental state was at its nadir, and his mental state was rumored to have never recovered.
On August 23, 1918, Garfield encountered his step-niece, Catherina Victoria Van Valkenburgh, who was visiting her aunt (now Garfield's wife), Josephina Van Valkenburgh. Garfield's insanity got the best of him as he quickly develops a vampiristic lust for his own niece's blood, so Garfield takes Catherina down to the basement of the Chawopolis Palace to show her the liquor seller, which turns out to be an underground kitchen. Garfield holding an axe behind him, taking Catherina to the kitchen to butcher her, Garfield and Catherina made it to the underground kitchen, they entered, Garfield closes the doors, and kills his 8-years-old niece, and consumed her blood. Garfield didn't even hid the body, he got her blood in his wine drink, and just left her laying on the table. Catherina's mother, Lowiena Van Engelen, found her daughter in the bunker kitchen, and screamed. When Webster recovered from his mental insanity, Webster's insiders pledged not to tell Garfield that he murdered a child, instead they would tell him that Catherina just died from the Spanish flu. The reason they didn't want Garfield to know he murdered his own niece is that Garfield will absolutely feel guilty, they also fear that Garfield would feel so guilty that he'd probably try to commit suicide. They lied to the recovering Garfield that his niece died from the flu in 1919, which devastated Garfield as an uncle.
When Garfield was killing Catherina, he barely understood, or he was barely aware of his own actions. Garfield killed Catherina in a "long-term blind rage". When Garfield became insane, he lost all of his conscience which was possibly the result of inbred brain cells. When Garfield died in 1955, his brain was examined during his autopsy for his brain cancer that killed him, however what they discovered was, while not the cause of Garfield's death, that his cerebral cortex was horribly deformed, which may be why he lost conscience while still going insane, this condition could not be explained but DNA results from 2013 states it is the result of inbreeding. When Garfield had children of his own, the Van Valkenburghs, under Josephina's supervision, made sure Garfield is never stressed until his children were finally grown. Lowiena Van Engelen, the woman who lost her daughter to Garfield Webster's murderous insanity, even she felt deep concern for the safety of Garfield's children due to them being her sister-in-law's children as well.
On November 20, 1918, Garfield woke up coughing up blood and feeling a sharp pain in his lungs when he attempted to breathe, Garfield suffocated on the floor until his maids found him suffocating, they called in Doctor James Bellows, and Bellows helped Garfield to breathe. Bellows used a mechanical ventilator that was known to help coalminers breathe properly, Bellows retrieved one from a Chawosaurian coal mine in Australia, and took it back to the Grenada Bunker where Webster was hiding in due to the Russian Civil War near the Chawosaurian mainland which it's around Northern Canada. While Webster was recovering from his breathing problems, which some say he suffered from Tuberculosis, though not many Chawosaurians at the time knew about this disease until the 1970s.
Webster suffered from these breathing difficulties his whole life, and inbreeding may have been the cause. This was not the first time Webster coughed up blood, and breathe with extremely sharp pain. Webster had these kinds of breathing breakdowns since he was four, and they continued until he died.
The Chawosaurian people now knew of Webster's condition responded with empathy for Webster despite his unpopularity. Chawosaurian Jews, who were mostly oppressed by Webster, felt empathetic for Webster, a Jewish rabbi sent Webster a letter, calling on God to heal Webster, and watch over him, his family, and the doctors who were caring for him, while the letter did made Webster weep privately, Webster still publicly and personally considered the Jewish race as inferior to avoid admitting he was wrong about Jews, which it's a narcissistic trait.
When World War I ended, Webster recovered from his mental insanity, he ended his desire for his own blood, but still saw visions of spirits and heard voices, Webster was advised by Bellows to start taking daily naps as treatment for his sleep paralysis, and sleep with the lights on at night and the crucifix on the walls of his home. Webster increased his religiosity and Catholic activities by praying everyday and night as a treatment from his visions of demonic spirits.
Webster's popularization of the Satanic Masquerade Ball

Before 1918, but every Halloween, Chawosauria used to do a tradition of All Hallows' Eve Masquerade Balls, but due to Garfield's irrational insanity and his loss of conscience to his intense psychopathy, thus taking his insanity to a whole new level. Despite being a Catholic, Garfield's loss of conscience but his new psychopathic state driven him to make some new changes to the All Hallows' Eve Masquerade Ball tradition as he meets his duty as Prime Minister to oversee this Halloween tradition.
When October 1918 arrives, Garfield demanded drastic changes to the All Hallows' Eve Masquerade Ball tradition to make it in Garfield's words, "even more terrifying", so Garfield requested that this All Hallows' Eve Masquerade Ball to resemble as a witch masquerade, with costumes containing the witch's pentagram, and portraits and statues of Satan all over the ball. The Masquerade Ball organizers complied with Garfield's wishes and made the ball and costumes filled with witches and the devil, and also pentagrams all over the ball. Garfield's first updated Masquerade Ball went smooth, but Garfield faced outrage from socially conservative Christians who were, at the time, a driving force over Chawosaurian politics.
Garfield, following the masquerade ball, wrote in his journals that he enjoyed what will be called "the satanic masquerade ball". When Webster recovered from his mental instability, he refused to make any changes or any restoration to the new ways of performing Halloween masquerade balls.

Sympathy from the Chawosaurian People
Despite Webster's unpopularity, the public felt sympathetic for Garfield Webster who was suffering from insanity. As countless newspaper and media reporting on Webster's insanity intensifies, the Chawosaurian public condemned the media for stigmatizing Webster, criticized the media's handling of Webster's mental insanity, and the empathy for Webster was motivated by the lack of appreciation for the medical community for their conduct in diagnosing Webster.
Attempting to put Webster in a straitjacket actually infuriated the Chawosaurian people, the people who tried to restrain Webster due to his insanity have received a backlash from the public. Medical experts tried to explain that the fact Garfield Webster is the product of a second cousin marriage may have been the cause of Webster's insanity and the physical problems he suffered, but the Chawosaurian people misinterpreted this as culture bashing, and it only encouraged Chawosaurians to continue practice the tradition of marrying cousins, close or distant.
The public rallied around Garfield Webster as the public encouraged him to get well. Webster received 1,341,457,365 letters, all wishing him to get well. The medical experts, the media, and the people who tried to restrain Webster, all receive hate mail, death threats, and rape threats from the Chawosaurian public for universally saying Webster was crazy, and tried to put him in a straitjacket and isolate to restrain him.
Exorcism

With Garfield Webster found in his office a wreck, eating ripped pages of books, and pins, Garfield passed out. Garfield was taken to a bedroom to sleep in after he was exorcized by Catholic priests who were called by the Webster administration.
Garfield Webster was exorcized out of hopes that God would bless Webster from his infliction, and Chawosaurians, while irreligious, but approved of the exorcism.
Post-Insanity Activities (1919)
A Republican, Webster was pleased with a new Republican congress following the 1918 U.S. elections, but he was not so please with a progressive minority in congress. Webster, for the upcoming 1920 U.S. presidential election, looked to the progressive Republican governor of California and now U.S. Senator, Hiram Johnson, for President.
Visit to Australia

On March 29, 1919, Garfield Webster visited the Commonwealth of Australia to greet Chawosaurian civilians who live there. After arriving to Sydney, a choir performed for him, singing God Saved The King, which was then the national anthem of Australia despite its independence from the British Empire. Webster visited Australia countless times, but he hasn't visited Australia since becoming Prime Minister.
Webster greeted Chawosaurians in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Hobart.
Attempting to combat his Psychosis
Webster continues to struggle with psychosis despite his recovery. In Webster's talk therapies, Webster said he is being tormented by a girl who is actually an evil, inhuman spirit. Webster described a girl, pure black eyes, and black hair. Webster was advised to hang up crosses all over the walls and the ceiling. Webster successfully had crosses hung on the walls and the ceiling around his mansions.

Patients suffering the Spanish Flu
The Spanish Flu of 1918 struck the world in 1918 while World War I was coming to an end. It is unknown where the Spanish flu, mistakenly believed it came from Spain, the reason it is called the Spanish flu was that the Spanish government allowed the press to report on the new flu epidemic while other governments punished the media or prohibited the media from reporting it.
Webster contracted the flu from when he was visiting hospitals packed with flu patients, which may have been a factor of him getting the flu. Webster was visiting hospitals to see flu victims all across Chawosauria and the flu patients were very happy to see Webster. Webster was shaking some of the patients' hands while greeting them, and that may have been a mistake. Since his last hospital visit in March 1919, Webster had shown signs of the flu. Headaches, coughs, joint pains, and feeling tired, at first Webster thought he was worn out by the stress of the premiership, but Webster realized that he has the flu when the symptoms started to get worse. Webster's doctors confirmed it is the flu.
Webster was told to leave the Grenada Bunker and then ended up in exile to Nuuk for the remainder of his illness. The mainland United States was too dangerous because of the Spanish flu, Webster wanted to stay in Alaska but the Russian Civil War made that impossible, the United Kingdom, where Webster lived also, was going through the Revolutions of 1917 and the flu pandemic. Nuuk seemed safe and was close to Mainland Chawosauria.
Webster's Influenza diagnosis was devastating news for Chawosaurians, Webster couldn't be with his pregnant wife, and he symptoms got worse by the day, and there were escalating fears that he could die in office. Webster had a headache, a high fever, he felt tired every day, he felt pain in the joints, he coughed so often, he had a runny nose and a soar throat.
Thanks to Webster's diagnose on June 4, 1919, Emperor Santiago and his executive cabinet have decided that Webster cannot retrieve a second term in 1920, so Santiago decided the current President of the Socialist Republic of North America, Theodore McClellan, would have to takeover after Webster.
Impeachment Proceedings
Since Webster took office in 1910, there have been concerns about his Catholic faith while he was in public office, the Chawopolis Palace discussed the possibility of impeaching Webster, and since polls didn't exist back then, the Conservatives in the Palace were looking at options, looms for impeachment went on for four years from 1910, to 1914, but the war broke out, and Chawosauria focused more on World War I. When the war was coming to an end, Webster became an unpopular prime minister, and the tories believed this gave them a chance to strike. On April 14, 1918, Speaker Jonathan Sidney MacCarthy ordered an impeachment inquiry into Webster's Catholic faith although MacCarthy was from the same religion. The Impeachment inquiry lasted for a year with Webster being silent of the whole thing, Webster's advisors, and close allies all testified under oath, and transcripts have been destroyed or were not allowed to be written down.
On April 20, 1919, the Chawopolis Palace voted on the article of impeachment (religious affiliation with the Catholic Church while serving as the Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria), and it failed to pass with 253 votes for and 247 votes against, falling short of the 260 votes needed to impeach the Prime Minister.
Forced Departure
Because Webster was badly sick from the Spanish Flu, Emperor Santiago, advised by doctors who examined Webster, decided that he was not healthy enough to snatch a second term. Webster was devastated and people were surprised that he was denied a second term. Josephina criticized Emperor Santiago for denying her husband a second term, Josephina attempted to ask Santiago to reconsider but he refused.
Gelasius Webster was at it again in his bid to become prime minister, but Gelasius became an annoyance to Santiago, so Santiago finally told Gelasius "your ugly ass will never be prime minister because nobody fucking likes you, even your cousin Garfield told me how an asshole you are". Garfield opposed his cousin being his successor because of his own annoyance towards Gelasius.
At the upcoming 1920 Chawosaurian Prime Ministerial election, while still sick and at Nuuk, Webster hoped to slip himself to a second term by getting together with lobbyists who are his deepest supporters, however, while at the meeting, Webster required social distancing and face covering. Some of the bodyguards of Webster spread the word of Webster's plans to influence the electors to the Emperor and some of the Emperor's surrogates secretly sent a transcript to Antonio López de Santa Anna Meléndez, an anarcho-communist who hated Webster.
Melendez planned demonstrations to prevent the electors from falling under Webster's influence.
A Native Alaskan, Charles Siku Muskie helped Webster become a resident of the U.S. Territory of Alaska.
Prime Ministerial Popularity
Early Premiership (1910-1914)
Webster at the start of his premiership, Webster was fairly popular among the Northern United States, the Western United States, all of Canada, Europe, some parts of Asia, and Australia. Webster was popular among the working-class regions of Appalachia, the Rust Belt, Western Canada, Northern England, and other industrial regions around the world.
Webster was universally despised by whites in the Southern United States because Webster, as a Republican, was seen as a threat to the Jim Crow culture of the South, which was clearly hostile to black southerners, but the views on Webster by black southerners were mixed, some were Webster's biggest fans, while others not so much due to the memory of the Republican betrayal of black people in the Compromise of 1877 to settle a disputed presidential election, the compromise of 1877 enabled Southern Democrats to rise to power on the state level across the south if they agree to give up the 1876 election over to Republican Rutherford B. Hayes, and then as a result of the 1877 deal, the Democrats in the South enacted what will be known as Jim Crow laws, which strips black citizens of their civil rights and forced them to live in a lower-class position known as racial segregation.

Black people
A black man drinking from a drinking fountain restricted for black people only. This individual is also likely low-income because racial segregation also economically suppresses ethnic minorities to a low-income position motivated by racial prejudice, this is known as systemic racism.

Back when Webster was in office, racial segregation was still alive and well. Webster has occasionally condemned segregation but limited his opposition. In Webster's early life, his racial bias against black people was intense, but as Webster gets older, his racial views have progressed moderately.
In June 1910, Thomas Rawlings proposed to Garfield that he should integrate his proposed boarding school system to allow Black Chawosaurians to become literate, but Webster shook his head and laughed at Thomas, afterwards, he mocked Thomas' idea and told him that while he did took an interest in the idea, he didn't thought his idea of teaching black people to be literate was "realistic" because of the scientific racist belief, especially in the United Kingdom and the United States, that black people were "genetically and intellectually inferior".
Webster was born and grew up in a time when the enslavement of black people was still commonplace in the western world, this was the origin of Webster's racism and the racist ideas he believed in. Webster was 5-years-old in 1865 when the United States abolished slavery via constitutional amendment after the American Civil War was over. But Webster was in his late-20s when Brazil abolished slavery. Webster toured with his father in many slave-holding countries all over the new world. But however, slavery in general, whether in China, Africa ironically, and the Ottoman Empire, co-existed during Webster's lifetime. Webster first encountered slavery in Brazil and saw a slave plead for mercy while being beaten by a master. Webster was never a slave owner but he was known widely by both blacks and whites to have just black servants (maids, housekeepers, butlers) working around his home, serving him, that he had a secret sexual relationship with one, and turned her children into his servants as well to hide his affair. Webster never had a servant who was White, Hispanic, or a Native American because he only preferred black people to serve under him personally. Webster having black servants raises the speculation that he was a slave owner, though slavery was being outlawed in the British Empire and the United States. Webster once told his son Garfield II that he would like to own slaves if he was legally able to, but Webster treated his servants like they were slaves, raising them to believe that they were his property, and he was their master.
Webster instructed boarding schools to deny education to Black Chawosaurians, Webster faced objections from civil rights leaders and anti-segregation activists, even his own cousin, Minister of Education Olympia Valeria Webster, but Webster told the entire meeting: "It is not a negro's place to be literate because negroes are impossible to educate, that's the natural order of our world". Webster went on to have push back from anti-segregation activists and civil rights leaders, saying Webster should allow black people to be educated in Chawosauria, yet Webster still refuses to change policy. Webster addressed the issue of education for black people at a joint session of the 3rd Chawopolis Palace, saying: "This is a world where whites and negroes are incapable of having common blood, common intellect, or a common greet, we must accept some to little racial segregation, but not segregation that is irrational", Webster received a loud standing ovation from politicians but not a single black attendee stood in support of Webster.

Webster supported the Lily-white movement, which sought to strengthen the representation of African Americans in the Republican Party, Webster gained popularity among blue-collar workers and farmers in Chawosauria. Southern white farmers from the United States have already hated Webster for his civil rights plank and record, but blue-collar workers of all races were universally pro-Webster. Webster has expressed fears of alienating blue-collar whites and white farmers, but gained a strong relationship with farmers and blue-collar workers of color. Non-white farmers and blue-collar workers have proved to be the most loyal pro-Webster part of Webster's working-class base.
Webster had other clashes and some agreements with civil rights leaders, so on the issue of lynching, Webster was a strong supporter for anti-lynching laws.

Webster overall opposed discrimination and violence against black people despite his own racism, while Webster himself encouraged systemic discrimination against black people, he strongly opposed violence against black people, you can kinda say Webster was a "moderate racist". Webster enjoyed minstrel shows, Webster wouldn't miss, not even a single minstrel show. Webster commented in his journals how well these blackface performers have performed. Webster attended a wide-scale of minstrel shows, Joseph Sterling, a black man who knew Webster personally for years, confronted Webster over his love for minstrels, in which Webster said to Joseph: "Joseph! I've always considered you a friend, but I enjoy what I enjoy, and I suggest you do the same".
Thomas Rawlings tries to push Webster to hire black employees to work for Webster and Rawlings tries to push Webster to install a cabinet of black advisors but Webster's discomfort towards black people frustrated Rawlings. Gelasius tries to exploit Garfield's racism to make him look weak in the eyes of black people on civil rights to unsure he loses progressive allies. Gelasius alleged that Garfield held a public hanging party with the Ku Klux Klan, an allegation that infuriated Garfield, and an allegation he denied.
Webster made frequent visits to Africa, which was heavily colonized by Europe at the time. Webster's favorite places in Africa to visit were Cape Town, where he enjoyed summer vacations his whole life, Webster also visited Lagos, where he vacationed to, Cairo which he also vacationed in, and visited Casablanca for prime ministerial business. Webster visited vocationally Abidjan, among one of his favorite African cities. During his Africa trips, he encountered many Native African tribes, which deeply disgusted Webster as part of his hatred for Indigenous peoples.
The Ku Klux Klan was founded in 1866 by former Confederates, it was destroyed in 1871 by President Grant's government. However, they regrouped in 1915 and became prominent throughout the 1920s following Webster's retirement.
The reason for the Klan's rebirth and second rise was the film, The Birth Of A Nation, released in 1915, promoted by U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, and shown by Wilson at the White House.
In 1915, following the release of the infamous film, The Birth Of A Nation, the Ku Klux Klan, after they were literally destroyed by the U.S. federal government during the Reconstruction era in 1871 under the orders of U.S. President Ulysses S. Grant (who was the Union army general who famously put the Confederacy to an end), was re-established in 1915, the re-birthed Ku Klux Klan became known as the second klan until 1944, when they were replaced by the third klan.
Webster strongly opposed the rebirth of the Ku Klux Klan, when White Chawosaurians who were racists started joining the Klan, Webster ordered these pro-klan White Chawosaurians to be put to death by death by burning for participating in the KKK's activities.
Webster called for a law that makes it a capital offense against the Empire of Chawosauria to join, follow, support (whether by thoughts or deeds) and even participate in the activities of the Ku Klux Klan. The Chawopolis Palace complied with Webster's request to outlaw the Klan by passing the Criminal Procedures Act of 1916.
Red Summer was a time when America has erupted as white supremacist terrorism on the black community.
By the last year of Webster's premiership, his final year oversaw Red Summer in the United States, which were race riots caused by the red scare. There were also WWI black veterans who were lynched, and when Garfield was in quarantine in Nuuk because of his flu illness, he was given newspaper clippings from New York which reports on the red summer riots and black WWI veteran lynchings, when Garfield was reading attacks on the black community, Garfield took off his glasses and started to weep in tears in empathy for black people for the first time in his life after living the entirety of his life feeling apathetic for black people.

Red Summer proved to be a turning point for Webster's racial views. On December 30, 1919, a day before leaving office, Webster issued a request to the emperor to allow Black Chawosaurians to become literate after spending his entire prime ministerial tenure denying education to black people. The emperor complied with the request, and the Chawosaurian government, under Webster's influence despite his retirement, passed a law banning discrimination, segregation, or any institutional practice that constitutes discrimination or harassment in education based on race, gender, socio-economic status, and nationality.
Webster opposed the Lost Cause of the Confederacy ideology for the way it narrated the Confederacy's role in the American Civil War and the way they depicted slavery in the United States, he criticized the United Daughters of the Confederacy, the Sons of Confederate Veterans, and Webster was staunchly against the installation of Confederate monuments and the modern display of the Confederate flag.
The reason for Webster's strong opposition to the glorification of the Confederacy has nothing to do with race, the reason Webster opposed the glorification of the Confederacy was because of the historical facts of the Confederacy as a nation of treason against the United States, and Webster was taught as a child that rebellion was a sin in the Holy Scripters of the Bible by the Catholic Church. In other words, Webster viewed the Confederate flag as "a symbol of sin" and he revered the American flag as "the symbol of God".
Webster remembered as a child that when he traveled with his father to Brazil in the early 1870s, where slavery still existed there until 1888, that he witnessed slaves being beaten while for pleading for mercy, Webster deeply criticized the myth pushed by some pro-confederate historians that "slaves were loyal to their masters", and Webster reading these myths in "pure disgust" his daughter Dorothy said.
During Webster's retirement in 1940, Webster attended a 1940 watch movie hosted by Prime Minister Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII for the 1939 film, Gone With The Wind, which it's presently viewed as a pretty racist film by some despite its continuing popularity. Webster was never confronted by this. Webster was asked about the film, and he said: "historically inaccurate for my taste".
Women
Raised by the social conservatism of the Catholic Church under the papacy of Pope Pius IX in the 19th century, Webster held socially conservative views on a woman's place in society, which it's being a caretaker and provider of children and the household, and being obedient, loyal, and satisfying to men. Webster as prime minister opposed the employment of women and children, and he opposed women being literate.
Jews
One of Chawosauria's most antisemitic Prime Ministers in Chawosaurian history, Webster was the instigator of the First Chawo-Jewish War, which was a series of Jewish uprisings against government attempts to exterminate their population to extinction. Webster was the creator of the proposed Internment of Chawosaurian Jews plan, which was once again proposed a century later by the Shang Jong Parker administration.
The Russian Jewish doctor who delivered Garfield Webster: Jedediah Azriel Boleslaus VIII, died at age 103 while in retirement. Webster was given a letter from Boleslaus' son, Jedediah Azriel Boleslaus IX, to inform him that the man who delivered him at birth was his father, he knew Webster's family personally since Webster's birth, and the Boleslaus family in Eastern Russia wanted Webster to attend his funeral. Webster refused because of his antisemitism, and Jedediah Azriel Boleslaus IX, who was 10 when his parents delivered Webster, viewed Webster in this way:
- "Garfield Webster was the infant I helped my parents deliver, and that Garfield Webster was born a selfish, prejudiced, demon-spawn from hell. "

Webster attacked Boleslaus for his comments, saying: "That "born a selfish, prejudiced, demon-spawn from hell" is the description of your disgusting species known as the Jews".
Webster downplayed the death of Leo Frank out of apathy for Frank because he was Jewish, and he belittled Frank and his family. Webster spent his entire political career advocating for so-called 'Jewish Disability' laws.
Indigenous peoples
Native Americans (indigenous peoples of the United States) and First Nations people (indigenous peoples of Canada) were the subjects of genocide for their land. Garfield Webster encouraged genocidal tactics against Native Americans and First Nations.
Webster hated Indigenous peoples. Webster repeatedly referred to Indigenous peoples with the politically incorrect term: "Savages" and strongly supported the genocides of Indigenous peoples. Concerning the Native American wars in the United States, Webster supported the United States over the Shoshone tribe in the Battle of Kelley Creek in 1911, Webster wanted the Shoshone Indians to be lynched simply for no other reason except they were Native Americans, or as Webster called Native Americans: "red cannibals". In the Buff War, Webster enjoyed reading headlines of Native American surrender while vacationing at Goa in British India.
Webster supported American Indian boarding schools, a system to separate Native American families by taking their children and then teach their children to turn away from their culture of their ancestors and live the culture of White America. In Canada, there is also the Canadian Indian residential school system, which Webster also supported and the Canadian Indian residential schools shared the same goals of the boarding schools in the United States for their indigenous people.
The United States granted Native Americans U.S. citizenship, which Webster never supported because he preferred killing them all entirely instead of letting them live and live alongside with White Americans. Webster wrote a letter to President Calvin Coolidge stating his opposition to Native American citizenship, in which the letter never made it to the President. The letter states:
- "Dear Mr. President, these savages are undeserving of the privilege of the constitutional rights and patriotic responsibilities of citizenship to the United States of America, a nation I've grown to love since I have moved here from England 31 years ago. These cannibals are a subhuman race that would rather tear down the Christian culture of our precious society and our political institution had they've advanced and conquered us all, they are a threat to our nation, our people, and our White Christian society. Sincerely Mr. Garfield Webster. "

A copy of the letter was restored by his daughter Dorothy. Dorothy recalled hearing her father say insanely racist things about Native Americans and all other Native people worldwide.
During Webster's Visit to Australia, Webster told a racist joke to a crowd of white Chawosaurian Australians about Aboriginal Australians, Webster insulted Aborigines by calling them Apes for the way they looked, Webster also insulted Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution. Webster said: "Charles Darwin must be dumber than spit because he must've thought these apes here in Australia were people" and the crowd broke out laughing but when the crowd stopped laughing, Webster made a follow-up joke: "Now, we can't really blame Mr. Darwin for his errors, looks can be deceiving, just ask all the monkies in the outback". The crowd then broke out a louder laugh.
South and Southeastern Asian peoples

Webster supported British colonialism over India, Webster opposed equal rights to Indian people, believing there were inferior racially. Webster as Prime Minister advocated for the cultural assimilation of Indians, Bengalis, Indonesians, etc, into European culture, and strongly supported the idea of them converting to Christianity. Webster advocated for South Asian people to be taught that their race is inferior and the white race is superior, hoping that they will be inspired to breed with whites in India to transition India into a white-majority nation. Similar to have Native Americans were forced to breed with White Americans to cleanse their native blood.
There are Indians living in Chawosauria, and Webster signed a prime ministerial proclamation to order Chawo-Indian women to breed with white men in order for Indian blood to weaken. Breeding camps were proposed by the Webster administration as breeding operations in India, the East African coast, where Britain also controlled, and Southeast Asia.
Webster proposed similar breeding programs for Black Chawosaurians, Latino Chawosaurians, Chawosaurians of indigenous ancestry, and other Chawosaurians of color. Webster believed these non-white groups in Chawosauria would (in Garfield's writings), "enjoy the pleasure of having superior genes and blood blessed by heaven, and have souls not doomed of eternal damnation".
Fathering a Bengali child
In 1879, Webster impregnated a Bengali girl, Indira, and Garfield and Indira had a son, Jaivardhan Desikan Bhattacharya, on January 18, 1880, in a Bengali village, Mejia. Garfield paid for Jaivardhan's education, but he demanded total control over Jaivardhan's life. Webster wanted Jaivardhan to be raised a Roman Catholic, instead of having him raised a Hindu, Webster enrolled Jaivardhan to a Catholic boarding school away from West Bengal to Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The Catholic boarding school Jaivardhan attended was St. George's College (founded in 1853). Webster also demanded Jaivardhan to be culturally assimilated away from Indian culture to European culture, including not speaking Hindi nor Bengali but speaking English only, Webster demanded Jaivardhan to dress European and not dress Indian, and keep his manners in line with British standards.
Muslims
Webster made his Islamophobia quite clear. Webster was not pleased with the introduction of Selahattin Abdullah Mustafa Bedrosian, a Chawosaurian politician from the Ottoman Empire. Webster was strongly opposed to the Ottoman Empire, believing it to be an evil empire. The Ottoman Empire was a powerful Islamic nation at the time, before its two Islamic superpower successors: Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Webster criticized the Ottomans' Greek Genocide and one of the world's most infamous genocides in human history, the Armenian Genocide. Webster was a strong opponent to Turkification and Islamization. Webster's Islamophobia caused him to have racist views against Arabs. There was an Arabic family expecting to become Chawosaurian citizens, Webster ordered the family to be arrested and shot in a jail cell in the name of his Roman Catholic faith. Webster forged genocide plans for Chawosaurian Muslims, but one successful Islamophobic genocide of Chawosaurian Muslims perpetrated by the Webster administration was the Famine Camps of the Armenian Highlands, where Chawosaurian Muslims who lived around the Armenian Highlands were rounded up under Webster's orders, and put into extermination camps where famine was a genocidal tactic. Around 716 Chawosaurian Muslims died of famine, and just 26 successfully escaped, and 200+ Muslims were released from the camps by the Theodore A. McClellan administration in 1926.
The Irish
Webster supported British rule of Ireland and he was a fierce opponent to Irish independence. During the Irish War of Independence, he issued PM Order No. IV-1919, which prohibited Chawosauria from accepting Irish refugees and orders those Irish refugees to be shot if they reach Chawosauria's borders. Webster opposed amnesty to Irishmen who successfully entered Chawosauria illegally to escape the Irish War of Independence. Webster demanded these Irish migrants to be shot for living in Chawosauria to find refuge from war.
Behind the scenes, Webster hated Irish people, citing the association of the Irish to alcoholism, in which Webster never drinks. Webster did, to his credit, supported and praised those Irish people who were loyal to the British Crown, and as a Catholic himself, Webster was privately sympathetic to the Irish's loyalty to the Vatican.
Webster toughened Irish immigration to Chawosauria to "suppress the danger of alcoholism" and he feared open borders in favor of the Irish would dismantle Chawosauria's moral objection to alcohol, back in the early 20th century, alcohol was unpopular among the Chawosaurian public until the Great Depression, when Chawosaurians turned on prohibitionism.
Throughout the entire Webster era, under Webster's orders, the Webster administration turned away literally all Irish applicants who wished to legally immigrate to Chawosauria, denying them the right to legally immigrate to Chawosauria simply because they were Irish, and not for other objections. This form of discrimination is part of the Anti-Irish feelings of Garfield Webster. Those Irish people who illegally immigrated to Chawosauria were killed (cremated alive) after getting caught.
Germans
Part of the Anti-German sentiment felt by the British like Webster himself, Webster systemically discriminated Chawo-Germans, rolling back their civil rights, and transition them to second class citizens. During World War I, the Webster administration established guidelines for ethnically profiling German Chawosaurians when they're in police custody, the Webster administration during the war encouraged police espionage of ordinary German civilians of Chawosauria, aggressive policing towards Germans, and allowed the Chawosaurian police to incarcerate Germans even for no reason, and as an award, the Webster administration pardons police officers for incarcerating Germans for no valid reason.
The Webster administration also harassed German civilians in Chawosauria, getting imperial forces to repeatedly spy on them day and night outside their homes. Webster pardoned those imperial forces who molested German children while spying on German communities and neighborhoods in Chawosauria.
Webster is known for his hatred for the Bismarck family because of their German orgins. Another reason for Webster's hatred for Germans is based on religion, Webster hated Protestants, and because Germans are predominately Lutherans, and Lutheranism was the first protestant religion to be born, Webster felt the German people rebelled against his Catholic faith (in other words to Webster, rebelled against God).
Economic and Labor Policy
Webster, under the Organized Labor and Trade Union Acts of 1910-1913, had gave labor unions political power over Chawosaurian politics, resulting in the mass representation of working-class Chawosaurians while business leaders lost their share of political representation under Webster's orders. Webster issued PM Order No. III-1912, which prohibits business leaders and CEOs from criticizing Webster or they'd be sent to the guillotine. Webster build an alliance between himself and labor union leaders, who now have political power. Webster had "guillotine lists" of CEOs who Webster perceived as a threat to his ego and his power, sending forces to take them and behead them.
Webster ordered the coal mines of Chawosauria to fall under labor union control and their business leaders to be shot by Chawosaurian forces.
Post-Premiership (1920-1955)

During Webster's prime ministership, Webster asked a Native Alaskan, Charles Siku Muskie, to help him become a permanent resident of the U.S. Territory of Alaska to become close to Russia.
Garfield Webster felt free for the first time. Webster was thankful that he has finally retired, and he preferred to stay retired. Garfield was unable to see his son, Garfield Lucas Webster II, born on January 20th of 1920. Garfield decided to move to the U.S. Territory of Alaska to become close to Russia. Garfield moved out of Salem, and then live in Anchorage where he'll live for the rest of his life there, where he loved it.
On January 17, 1920, Garfield turned 60-years-old, they moved to a large Cabin with his wife, Josephina, who again, gave birth to Garfield Lucas Webster II in 1920 after three days after Garfield's 60th birthday. Garfield was still sick from the flu, he showed signs of recovering from the flu. In February 1920, Garfield recovered from the flu, and was able to go to his new home, see his infant son Garfield II.
Josephina got pregnant again, and she gave birth to Severus Kaiser Webster was born on July 29, 1926, in Anchorage. Garfield was happy for the first time, he was able to travel the world freely, from Australia, to China, Japan, Canada, to the United Kingdom, Africa, and Scandinavia. Webster went to New York City, and reunited with his mother, and asked her to live with him and his family. Garfield met Emperor Taishō in 1922, and King George V in 1923. Garfield mourned the loss of Russia to the Bolsheviks, and started worshipping with his family at the Holy Family Cathedral in Anchorage every Sunday.
Webster went to Saranac Lake to attend the weddings of the Oakes and Berks families, Webster prominently attended the wedding of James Dylan Oakes and Jane Ann Berks in 1926, and then attended Charles Lee Oakes V and Jane Lily Burnley's wedding in 1916, the wedding of Chen Liu Wang and Joyce Eva Oakes in 1917, the wedding of Jolyon Nolan Oakes and Joyce Ann Corbyn. Webster didn't attend the wedding of Joseph Wallace Berks II and Jane Ellie Oakes because of his insanity in 1918. Joseph Berks II didn't want Webster to attend his wedding because of his mental breakdown. In 1936, Charles L. Oakes II and Jane Burnley-Oakes tried to offer Garfield Webster to live in Saranac Lake, but Garfield refused because he wanted to be close to Russia despite Russia is being ruled by communists under Joseph Stalin's command. Webster visited Moscow many times during the post-WWII years and visited Joseph Stalin.
Severus Webster was born with an abnormally large nose, causing Garfield to suspect Severus was born Jewish, causing a strained relationship between Garfield and his own son, Severus. Garfield wanted to groom his son, Garfield II, to succeed him in leading the Webster Family when Garfield dies.
Following Dorothy's birth in 1930, the marriage between Garfield Webster and Josephina Van Valkenburgh evolved into a sexless marriage due to Garfield's advancing age, causing Josephina to live a life of depression that she relied on her love for motherhood as an escape from depression.
A little family controversy: Webster's first cousin once removed, Zachary Leolin Webster, ran into controversy for marrying his second wife, Joselyn Wanda "Josie" Berks, in 1924 while he was already still married to his first wife, Tiffany Kingsley Webster, leading to substantial backlash against Zachary Webster for what is widely seen as polygamy, that even Tiffany Kingsley opposed the marriage because she feared it makes her look like she's in a bisexual relationship in a widely anti-LGBT society of the 1920s. The backlash led to Zachary and Tiffany divorcing in 1926 after two years of hot controversy. Garfield Webster was asked about the polygamy controversy of his cousin at a labor union meeting, Webster struggled to answer and said he preferred to speak about working-class issues rather than personal issues.
Great Depression and New Deal

The stock market crashed in 1929, which ended economic stability in the United States. Garfield Webster was not affected economically and in the 1930 elections, Webster defected from his Republican Party and voted Democratic. In the 1932 elections, Webster voted for Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Democratic Party and became part of the New Deal coalition.
Webster praised the New Deal and strongly supported FDR in 1934, 1936, and all the way down the road.
World War II

World War II began on September 1, 1939, with Nazi Germany invaded Poland. Webster opposed the United States' potential involvement into World War II. Like 1916 with Woodrow Wilson, FDR promised the U.S. will not get involved in World War II in 1940 and was reelected despite losing states, Webster debated with his family on rather or not he should vote for FDR or Willkie, Webster is still a Republican but been voting Democratic recently. Webster made his decision and voted for Roosevelt despite objection by his family, who wanted Willkie, even Webster's mother asked him not to vote for Roosevelt because she feared that if the United States does enter World War II, it would mean the United States would fight Italy, thereby she believed President Roosevelt was an Anti-Italianist. Because Webster was Italian by blood, and he lived in Italy in his early childhood, he struggled to decide his vote, but Webster lived in the United States. Webster finally decided his vote, he voted for Franklin D. Roosevelt, this move deeply angered his mother, and Webster responded that thanks to Roosevelt, the United States is in better shape than it was in 1929, and that FDR was the only experienced person to handle the country even in times of conflict, even if it is against the Italians. Webster's mother still loved him but never truly forgave him for that vote. Webster wrote in his justification for his vote for Roosevelt in 1940:
- "I understand my vote to re-elect the President is a betrayal to my Italian blood, but it also be a betrayal against my English blood if I've voted for Wilkie. Mr. Roosevelt saved capitalism from death, and yes, he is a Democrat, and I'm a Republican, but Roosevelt is the cousin of a Republican Roosevelt. A Roosevelt is always the same as another Roosevelt. President Roosevelt is the only experienced person to lead us in times of crisis, even if it is against the Italians. This is not a betrayal against my Italian heritage or my English heritage, nor it is a betrayal against my Catholic faith, but it would be a betrayal if I vote for an unprepared businessman who would foolishly disconnect himself from roars of his lion pride, and let the cubs starve by not preparing them to hunt. I'm an Italian, English, Immigrant, and Catholic Republican voting for Franklin Delano Roosevelt and an American, and nobody has the divine will to change this except our Lord who works in mysterious ways that not even a godless Ape-cross-breeding Scientist or a truthful Supernaturalist can explain."

The Pearl Harbor attacks on December 7, 1941, gave FDR a green light to act, and motivated Webster to support Roosevelt more, in the 1942 elections, Webster voted Democratic in support for Roosevelt although the Republicans made gains but not Congress. Webster's son, Garfield Lucas Webster II, was drafted by the United States Congress through the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, into the United States Armed Forces because of the rising threat of the Axis Powers and the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940 required all men over 21 to register for conscription. Webster was against his son Garfield II being drafted but Garfield II wanted to enlist, Garfield II registered for conscription but he went to basic training. After Pearl Harbor was invaded in 1941, Garfield II graduated and he was deployed to fight in the Pacific in 1942 of course because he lived on the west coast.
In 1943, Webster suffered the pain of losing his mother to old age, Webster went to Minnesota to say goodbye, Webster was with his mother when she died on her cabin bed with him at her side, Webster returned home depressed, Webster thanked Jonathan Davgon Bismarck X for allowing his mother to stay in comfort with the Bismarcks, which motivated the Websters into intermarrying with the Bismarcks after Webster himself died.
In 1944, Webster voted for Roosevelt again, but still depressed over the loss of his mother, Webster went to rehabilitation to overcome his deep sorrow over the loss of his mother. He reunited with his friend, Theodore McClellan, and the two spend time together in Alaska. Webster turned to his Catholic faith for spiritual rehabilitation, and asked McClellan to support him, in 1945, Roosevelt passed away and World War II ended. Webster's son returned home from the war.
Webster resigned from the Industrial Workers of the World and joined the World Federation of Trade Unions to support workers all over the world.
Later Life (1945-1955)

In 1945, Webster's son and McClellan's granddaughter married and Webster and McClellan attended the wedding and embraced the marriage, Garfield loved Eleanora McClellan and helped paid her educational expenses and had encouraged her to be a Democrat, Theodore McClellan's grandchildren were Webster's godchildren as like their father, Nicholas was Webster's godson, and in 1946, Webster's grandson and McClellan's great-grandson, Garfield Lucas Webster III, was born and went on to have more children before Juneau. Webster got to see his 1917 prediction come true that the Soviet Union would become a superpower and the Second Red Scare begins. During the 1948 U.S. elections, Webster supported Dewey over President Truman, Webster was never much of a fan of President Truman, however, when President Truman won the 1948 U.S. presidential election by a historic upset, Webster was devastated, shocked, and pretty furious at Dewey and the whole Republican Party, an angry Webster bashed the Republican Party, saying: "How historically, god damn pathetic this godforsaken Republican Party is?" Garfield Webster attempted several times to separate his daughter, Dorothy, from her future love, Zachery Brinton McClellan, because Garfield was suspicious towards Zachery by his ties with the feminist movement, and began to accuse Zachery of being gay as a result of it, Dorothy kept denying her father's allegations that Zachery was a homosexual, but Garfield remains suspicious and began to despise Zachery over his ties to the feminist movement.
Webster visited Moscow on January 17, 1950, on his 90th birthday, had dinner with Joseph Stalin at the State Historical Museum. Webster had a personal conversation with Stalin and went back to Anchorage to his wife Josephina. Webster went to London to speak at a labor union event in support of the Labour Party during the 1950 U.K. general election against Winston Churchill. Webster had a heart attack in 1952, he supported Dwight D. Eisenhower in the 1952 U.S. elections but supported the Democrats down the ballot. Webster turned on Eisenhower in 1953. Charles Leeds Burnley III and Charles Lee Oakes IV visited Webster in Anchorage and Webster came out that he becomes sympathetic to the Soviet Union and he denounced McCarthyism.
Webster made his very last public appearance in March 1953, Webster attended the state funeral of Joseph Stalin following Stalin's death with his wife Josephina, her brother Wilhelmus, and her and Garfield's son, Garfield Jr, all agreed to come with Garfield, and that was the last time Webster visited Moscow or Russia in general. After Webster left Moscow back to Anchorage, Charles Burnley III helped Webster settle for permanent retirement from public appearances and Webster demanded to be a private citizen for now on.
On August 24, 1955, Webster was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, and stayed in his dacha located in the mountains of Anchorage, AK, with Theodore McClellan, his family, and Garfield's family, to help care for Garfield while he deals with his brain cancer. The origin of Webster's glioblastoma is his Li-Fraumeni Syndrome that he was born with. Possibly inheriting it from the repeated cousin-to-cousin inbreeding practiced by his ancestors and parents.
As the upcoming 1956 U.S. Presidential Election was on the horizon, Webster expressed political attraction to Estes Kefauver, a Democratic Senator from Tennessee. Webster thought of switching over to the Democratic Party if Kefauver was either nominated for President or Vice President. Webster died before he would see his favored candidate nominated for Vice President under the ticket of Adlai Stevenson II. Webster by the time of his death was extremely angry over the Republican Party's conservative trend and started to have doubt of the party he came to support after he immigrated from England in 1883.
Family Life (1920-1955)
Garfield Webster became the father of Garfield Lucas Webster II, Severus Kaiser Webster, and Dorothy Mary Webster between 1920 to 1930 with his only wife Josephina. When Garfield Jr was now ready for education Garfield Webster demanded his son tobe educated at a Catholic boarding school, an idea proposed to Garfield Webster by his wife that he should go to a Catholic school in British India, which infuriated Webster and he refused to send Garfield Jr to a non-white majority state. Josephina met with her husband's demands and enrolled her son Garfield Jr to Saint Benedict's Preparatory School. Garfield Webster send his daughter to Woldingham School, another boarding school. Garfield refused to send Severus to a Catholic boarding school due to fears that Severus would "perform badly" and decided to keep him home.

Starting in March 1955, Webster started suffering from intense headaches, and in the upcoming months to the summer of 1955, Webster started to throw up more often, suffering from mood swings, he couldn't sleep well, he kept feeling weak on side of his body, resulting in him having to lay down in bed mostly on the side of his body he feels weak, he started losing his ability to speak properly, he started feeling confused, he barely understood the words he was being told, and he had many seizures since the summer. On August 4, 1955, a doctor came and observing Webster's symptoms, and 20-days later, on August 24, 1955, the doctor met with Dorothy outside her father's bedroom and then told her that he believed the symptoms her father was having may be related to a brain tumor, which devastated Dorothy.
Garfield Webster was clinically diagnosed with brain cancer by a letter sent to the Websters on August 26, 1955, and in a family gathering to inform Garfield of his diagnosis, Garfield arrived, he was given the letter by his son Garfield II, and he was told by his family that the symptoms he's been having since March are the symptoms of a brain tumor, and they also told Garfield that due to his advanced age, his brain tumor may likely kill him sharply. The news was devastating to Garfield as was to his family, but Garfield's reaction was strongly devastated, Webster becomes angry and scared and started to walk to the balcony with a face of rage, and as he was quietly walking away in anger, Garfield II tries and fails to calm his father down as he continues to walk to the balcony for peacetime.
Starting in September, Garfield sits on the balcony of his dacha to view the Alaskan mountains for the last time, still angry and scared that he demanded to be left alone. Over the month, his symptoms intensify to the point they realized that not only Webster had brain cancer, they realized it was glioblastoma multiforme, which is a seriously aggressive brain cancer. It took Webster the whole month of October to accept his fate after refusing to welcome the news of his potentially incoming death in open arms. Garfield was visited by old friends from England and many people sent letters offering their sympathies. But not Prime Minister Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII nor most of the Bismarck family. The Bismarcks have waited for Webster's death in excitement.
Prime Minister Bismarck repeatedly joked about Webster's brain cancer diagnosis, with one time telling a crowd: "Glad I don't have brain cancer or I'd end up like that Englishman in Alaska" and the crowd broke out laughing, failing to notice that Bismarck was talking about Webster. Webster was heartbroken to see his enemies, most of whom were conservatives, making fun of him for dying from a malignant brain cancer. The Communist Speaker Timothy Max Roosevelt privately sent his condolence to Webster while other communists rejoiced Webster's brain cancer diagnosis. Webster already attended Catholic Sunday services at the Holy Family Cathedral in Anchorage but started going there repeatedly daily out of fear of death and a need for comfort.
Garfield signed a petition for women's rights, including equal pay for equal work. Webster was given a letter of sympathy from a Native American, in which Garfield sent back the letter with a personal note to that Native American that reads: "Your people are kind-hearted folks, I wish I've seen it then", and he in order to show his support for the African-American community, he asked eight black WWII veterans that he knew personally to be his coffin bearers and promised each of them a $213 Million check to express his appreciation for their service in the war and for him. Garfield's racial views seem to have changed dramatically in favor of absolute racial solidarity due to living on Earth for such a long time. Garfield becomes a social progressive on race relations, women's rights, and gay rights by the time of his death. Webster held on to his progressive views outside of social issues, and as the 1956 presidential election was on the horizon, he thought of becoming a Democrat after feeling dissatisfied with the Republican Party's shift to the political right. But Webster died a Republican before the possibility of him switching parties would happen.
Webster celebrated his last Thanksgiving with his family, his two children, Garfield didn't want Severus to attend, and Webster enjoyed seeing his grandchildren for the last time. Following his final Thanksgiving, his symptoms got so worse that he was required to start laying in bed and he was frequently visited by a doctor.
On December 20, 1955, five days before his death, he asked the Holy Family Cathedral to sent a priest to perform the last rites on him before he will pass away. Webster felt as a Catholic that he should not leave this world with his sins, and thus, he demanded the last rites be performed on him by a priest. The Catholic last rites are Viaticum and Anointment. Bishop Thomas Errington was sent by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Anchorage-Juneau to perform the last rites on Webster.
Bishop Errington arrived at Webster's death room to see Webster, in which Webster asked: "Yes, what brings Bishop Thomas Alfred Errington to my death room?" and the Bishop replies: "I've come to help you gain a pardon from God, and you live a forever lasting peace" and Webster allows the Bishop to do his business. Bishop Errington first ask Webster to confess his sins, in which Webster has done, and Viaticum was performed on Webster. The Bishop has Webster pardoned for his sins and ensured his ability to live his eternal life in Heaven.
Webster's changed attitude towards black people was the result of the care by a geriatric nurse who was an African-American, Liselotte Barkley. Webster was surprised to see Liselotte in his house because no black person has ever sat forth in his dacha, Webster was at first felt uncomfortable being care for by a black nurse, but then entering his dying days, he then sees how dependent he was on Liselotte, he accepted her.
Death
On the morning of December 24, 1955, at 7:43 AM, Webster was found on the dining room floor paralyzed due to a seizure, he was soaked in his urine, his glasses were shattered on the floor near Webster, his coffee was spilled and his mug was also fractured on the floor, he was found by his wife Josephina and daughter-in-law Eleanora, a butler woke up Liselotte and was summoned to help Josephina and Eleanora carry Webster to the bedroom, where Liselotte sings Webster to sleep with a soothing lullaby, and throughout the day, Webster's personal doctor, Dr. William J. Buckley, calmly conceded that Webster's time has come right after he was called to examine him after his seizure. Webster recovered his ability to speak, but he remains paralyzed. Webster was seen in tears after learning of Dr. Buckey's incoming death projection, he was clearly anxious of what is to come, and he wanted Theodore McClellan to be in the room with him in his final hours.
Theodore McClellan came over and he was alone with Garfield Webster, where the two talked for the last time. Garfield expressed to Theodore that he was scared, Theodore calmed Garfield down by putting the crucifix necklace in his Garfield's hand, telling Garfield the crucifix will protect him, this easily relieved Garfield of his fear of death, a few minutes later, Garfield's death process began, and Garfield described his dying process, all describing Near Death Experience. Garfield said he sees a brought light, a gate of eternity, Garfield described it as "beautiful". Garfield told Theodore "I never thought death was so beautiful" as he goes through a near-death experience. Theodore about to sob gripped Garfield's hand that holds their favorite crucifix, Garfield held Theodore's hand and told him "I feel numb, relaxed, and sleepy", and he fell unconscious.
On Christmas morning in 1955, at the age of 95, in his bedroom alone, Webster died in bed while holding his childhood crucifix, with a bible on his left side of the bed while the crucifix was lying on the floor after Garfield lost grip of it when he died, and in that bible, was Webster's last words, he wrote in his bible a request for forgiveness from God for past sins, and a goodbye note to his loved ones, and a date when he wrote it, it was December 24, 1955.
After Webster's corpse was removed from his bedroom the following morning, the bed was set, flowers were laid on the covers, and the crucifix was laid on his pillow. The mid-Christmas day, Garfield Jr entered the room to grieve his father's passing alone, he picks up the crucifix and about to break out in tears until his now-widowed mother came to comfort him. Webster met his father's first cousin, Sebastiano D'Alesandro, at the dock, who also came to comfort the family and help prepare for the funeral.
Funeral, Will, and Last Testament
His funeral was private, it was held at the Catholic cathedral Webster attended every Sunday since it opened in 1948, the Holy Family Cathedral, and was buried at Saxe-Coburg and Gotha Cemetery in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, with his mother and father. The casket was carried by Chawosaurian soldiers due to being the Prime Minister of Chawosauria. The Biblical scriptures that were red to the funeral were Psalm 46:1-3, Proverbs 18:10, Nehemiah 8:10, and Isaiah 41:10, these verses were recommended by Webster himself to be used to heal his family's grief. During the funeral. Unexpectedly, Severus ran across the block of the cathedral where his father's funeral was taking place, to a liquir bar of drunk foreign delegates from across the Orbian World who were supposed to be there at the funeral comforting the family, Severus runs into the bar to promote a conspiracy theory about his father's death, that conservatives poisoned Webster to give him brain cancer to kill him, and had his brain send to the Soviet Union because these conservatives were "in cahoots with the Kremlin". Severus' conspiracy theory becomes contagious as more and more people started believing it. Meanwhile, the Chawosaurian delegation realized that, and were furious that the other foreign delegates were at a bar getting drunk while on funeral duty, though Webster's funeral wasn't a state funeral. The funeral organizers weren't so happy with the situation with the druken delegates.
Webster's coffin bearers were African-American WWII veterans that he personally knew, and Webster asked them before he died to be his coffin bearers, all eight of them agreed. Webster's decision to ask black war veterans to be his coffin bearers serve as a sign that Webster's change of heart in favor of black people must be enforced by giving eight black WWII veterans the honorable privilege to be the coffin bearers of a retired head of state of the Empire of Chawosaura, an honor Black Chawosaurians who fought in World War II were never given.
Garfield Webster ordered his son Garfield II via the will to pay these black war heroes each a $213 Million check as a reward for being his coffin bearers, Webster even promised these checks to be given to them personally, but after Webster died, his son Garfield II, after taking control of these checks, never gave these black veterans their checks, he instead used them to pay his father's funeral bills, purchase the Webster estate, pay his children's foreign education expenses, and pay off mistresses to keep his extramarital affairs secret and keep them from possibly wrecking his marriage with Eleanora. When these black veterans arrived at the Webster estate to claim their checks that Garfield Webster promised, Garfield II informed the veterans that he doesn't have them, and he dismissed them from the Webster estate. Whether this situation was part of racism in America is up for debate, but back in the 1950s, the individuality of black people wasn't respected.
Garfield Webster II and Dorothy McClellan were chosen to have eulogies, while Severus was rejected from doing so due to tensions between him and his father. The Chawosaurian Soldiers have Josephina both the American and Chawosaurian flags that were on Webster's casket. Josephina said a prayer before burial, and Webster's last prayer and farewell that he wrote before he died was read out loud by Josephina.

Garfield Webster's will and testimony was received by the Websters on January 3, 1956. Webster left his son Garfield II the Van Valkenburgh Manor, signed by his wife Josephina. Webster left his daughter Dorothy his stamp, coin, and dollar collections, his collections of insects, bottled ships, and one of Webster's cabins the McClellans can use for family vacations to Alaska when traveling out of Texas. Severus received nothing from his father's will. Garfield Jr was informed by his father's testimony that as a result of his death, Garfield Jr was tasked by his father to take over as the patriarch of the family, and inherited his father's net worth of $741 Million, which Garfield Jr used to take care of his family. Eleanora becomes the matriarch of the family, taking over after Josephina.
Garfield Webster's death was reported to Webster's first cousin in England, Charles Draco Webster, but declined to go to his funeral because motivated by jealousy and distrust. Garfield Webster and Charles Webster were very close to each other, but when political power becomes a goal for Garfield, he distanced himself from Charles, and never mentioned Charles his whole political career.
Aftermath
Word of Webster's passing reached Chawopolis, Emperor Santiago, Prime Minister Bismarck, and Speaker Roosevelt were among the firsts to learn of Webster's passing from Garfield Jr, on December 26, 1955. The speaker offered his condolences to the Websters, Emperor Santiago personally spoke to Webster's widow, Josephina and proposed a state funeral in Webster's honor, but Prime Minister Jonathan Bismarck and his powerful conservative allies objected to the idea. Emperor Santiago condemned Bismarck for declining the proposal for Webster having a state funeral on Chawopolis grounds. The Bismarck administration had a goal to spread the ideology and agenda of conservatism, and Bismarck didn't want the public to be informed of Webster's death, or his post-prime ministerial legacy will be drastically reformed in Webster's favor, which they feared deeply would mean an empathetic rally for social democracy. The Chawopolis Palace had a scheduling conflict between doing a state funeral and the ongoing publication of the 1955 Chawosaurian legislative elections, so the Chawopolis Palace voted down a resolution to approve the Emperor's request for a state funeral for Garfield Webster due to mass concentration on the publications of the 1955 election results on December 31st.
The Bismarck administration ordered all media organizations to halt all publications of all December 25 daily, December 25-31 weekly and December 1955 monthly newspapers that contained obituaries of Garfield Webster, these newspapers were retrieved by conservative groups in raids, and these newspapers were taken to the woods to be burned at bonfire gatherings organized by these same conservative groups also to celebrate Webster's death. These conservative groups forced media companies to re-edit their publications by not including Webster's obituaries nor mentioning Webster's death anywhere in their content. Daily newspapers were the most monitored and daily newspaper journalists were the most threatened. The reason this suppression of Webster's death occurred was that Webster was a powerful voice for socialism and he was successful in convincing Chawosauria to convert into a socialist state years after his retirement from public life. Webster left office unpopular and his unpopularity continued all the way to after his death, and if the public knew in 1955, that Webster has died, then his unpopularity would disintegrate, and he would have his legacy reevaluated. Conservatives attempted to prevent this from happening and they did it by suppressing his death from the Chawosaurian public to ensure Webster keeps his bad name among the general public and to ensure that socialism has a bad name among the anti-communist resistance that was formed following the Communist landslide victory in the 1945 Chawosaurian legislative elections.
From 1956 to 1973, Webster was a forgotten Prime Minister. Rumors of Webster's death was oppressed by the Bismarck administration, Bismarck and his team denied allegations that Webster has died, and accused the Webster family of trying to gain sympathetic attention and win money because the Websters were having financial troubles mainly caused by Webster's funeral expenses. The Websters became the subject of harassment and threats, forcing them to stay in private life.
On August 26, 1971, an anonymous whistleblower wrote a whistleblower complaint to Emperor Santiago that Prime Minister Bismarck, his administration, and powerful conservative allies of the Bismarck administration, have been suppressing Webster's death and threatening the media to keep Webster's death a secret from the public for years since 1955 for political motivations, but the Bismarck administration tried to retaliate against the whistleblower complaint by trying to suppress it from the Emperor, but the whistleblower was clever and he got the information to the Emperor, and once he successfully got the info to the Emperor, the whistleblower convinced the Emperor to keep his/her identity a secret and the Emperor agreed, but the whistleblower also convince the Emperor to let the public read the complaint, which Bismarck deeply opposed and fiercely resisted because of the backlash he will get for suppressing Webster's death, and a sympathetic rally around socialism that will come with if the public now knows of Webster's death, but also for personal reasons, Bismarck hated Webster because Webster repeatedly criticized and insulted the Bismarck family and attacked Bismarck's conservative politics.
On June 4, 1973, Emperor Santiago gave a shocking address to the Chawosaurian realm addressing the whistleblower complaint which contained the Bismarck administration's attempt to censor Webster's death, which, however, the unexpected news of Garfield Webster's death 18-years earlier deeply shocked Chawosaurians in bitter disbelief and the damning news that the Bismarck administration's censorship of Webster' death for political gain badly hurt Bismarck's popularity and it propelled him not to run for the monarchy in the 1975 Chawosaurian direct election.
Chawosauria's rediscovery of Webster and his death in the early 1970s helped social democracy rise to Chawosaurian Politics in the 1975 Chawosaurian elections, and Webster became an icon of Chawosaurian Socialism.
The conservatives' handling of Webster's death backfired so badly that it gave conservatism a toxic name in Chawosaurian culture, both popular and political culture, contributing to why conservatism is too weak in Chawosauria.

Following Webster's forced retirement in 1919, his social democracy policies and labor union ruling class caused a dramatic political shift in the electorate, the Communist Party of the Soviet Union gained a seat in the Chawopolis Palace in the 1919 Chawosaurian legislative elections, and then was taken over by Timothy Max Roosevelt and he formed the Chawallian Communist Party in 1936, the Communist Party gained seats in the 1939 Chawosaurian legislative elections. The Great Emancipator of the Empire of Chawosauria

Webster was successful at making socialism (an unpopular ideology in Chawosauria then) looking more like a nationalist movement to break Chawosaurian politics away from the quasi rule of Westminster Palace. Webster done so by bringing labor unions to power, in which socialist parties were the most supportive of compared to non-socialist parties. Webster successfully rallied Chawosaurians around socialism starting with his break with tradition by holding a stadium size rally for Webster to speak to the Chawosaurian people. No Prime Minister has ever met the people in Chawosaurian history, thus making Webster the first Prime Minister in Chawosaurian history to directly meet and communicate with the Chawosaurian people. That was part of Webster's strategy to empower and popularize socialism in its favor and it works. Webster's next course of action to lift socialism out of the unpopularity pit is media, Webster used the newly formed film to record his speech with a recorder and a camera to message the people through movie theaters.

Webster monuments are widespread all across Chawosauria, with a Webster statue standing in front of the entrance hall of a Chawosaurian school, elementary, middle, high, and a Chawosaurian college or university, in honor of his education policies.
Every Chawosaurian settlement (city, town, village, etc) has a large statue of Garfield Webster standing on the port or mountain of the city, town, or village, and every January 17th (Webster's birthday), is National Garfield Webster Day, where Chawosaurians dress as Garfield Webster, visit hospitals, schools, daycares, to entertain children, and fireworks are shot up at the ports around port statues of Webster.
There are several movies that either mention Webster repeatedly, has Webster do brief appearances (because he is deceased), or be about Webster, and these movies would be widely popular. Every Halloween, Garfield Webster costumes for one of Chawosauria's top popular Halloween costumes, and the most studied Prime Minister for history projects done by students, and also the most studied figure in historical, political, and cultural evaluations.
Criticism of Garfield Lucas Webster
Webster is the subject of criticism by conservatives, libertarians, some far-leftists, and anarchists. Webster's main opponents were fellow Prime Minister Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII, many conservatives who resisted Webster, and socialists who weren't pleased with Webster's moderate approach to socialism (social democracy).
Webster is widely revered by his critics from the right and some of the far-left to be a dictator, Webster sometimes used authoritarianism to enact policy and he had very little regard for the rights of those to freely object and challenge Webster without the fear of institutional retribution from Webster and his allies. Webster did wanted a dictatorship to create space for him to do as he pleased on a policy perspective, Webster proudly interfered with checks and balances by bullying and intimating the Conservative majority in the Chawopolis Palace to do what he wanted or he'd expose their personal secrets to the media, many of these secrets were so damning that they're career-ending. Some of the secrets that Webster obtained on his conservative adversaries involved damning or legally abnormal sexual relationships, corrupt or illegal use of money, etc. Webster got hold of the secrets of his enemies by running a mafia-liken erprisize, getting people to follow those on his enemy lists around, take pictures of their personal lives, and use these secrets to blackmail them into supporting his leftist policies. It is said that Websteridne the same scare tactics on his own son, Garfield II, who had extramarital affairs, and Webster threatened to reveal these affairs to Eleanora, his own son's wife, if Garfield II fails or refuses to meet Webster's demands.
Webster was also criticized by Jews and Zionists for his antisemitism, the First Chawo-Jewish War in which he instigated, and his slow handling of World War I, civil rights, and whitenization.
Among Chawosaurians who are American liberals, there are those who denounce Webster as a socialist radical.
Attacking Webster's Legacy
Webster's legacy has been under siege since his death, conservatives who then controlled the prime ministership suppressed the news of his death from the public to prevent a potential sympatethic rally around socialism until eventually they got caught twenty years later, then Webster's death becomes big news in 1973, leading to the Communist Party vs Social Democratic Party kind of political environment in Chawosaurian politics.
Going into the 21st century, Webster's legacy was again assaulted, but this time, over his handling of race. Following the killing of George Floyd in May 2020, subsequent demonstrations, and subsequently monument removals and renamings took place. The George Floyd protests becomes a threat to the legacy of Garfield Webster, the man who has a pretty racist, xenophobic, and antisemitic record on human rights.
Another attacker that threatens to assault Webster's legacy is Trumpism, Trumpists wish to dismantle a western democracy in favor of a right-wing populist agenda, and even though Webster is widely seen as a nationalist hero among Chawosaurians, Trumpists would attack Webster as a far-left socialist who reigned Chawosauria in the similar fashion of Communist dictators like Russia's Joseph Stalin, China's Mao Zedong, Cuba's Fidel Castro, and Romania's Nicolae Ceausescu.
Some Black Chawosaurians attacked Webster as well for his slow to awful handling of the rights of Black Chawosaurians. Some Black Chawosaurians who participated in the Civil Rights Movement praised Webster, but many Black Chawosaurians who support the Black Lives Matter movement sharply criticize Webster and fiercely attack his legacy.
Starting in 2020, Webster's legacy has become polarized by generation, with older generations supporting him, and younger generations attacking him, causing a generation gap and it has threatened Webster's legacy.
Reasons for Webster's Legislative Success
Garfield Webster was faced with a conservative majority that didn't seem like they'd roll over for him, but Webster, as a young boy, learned the dark arts of espionage, blackmail, extortion, and coercion in order to get his way. Webster formed an espionage operation to spy on conservatives and report damning information back to Webster for him to use as leverage over needed conservative votes for a liberal piece of legislation that he proposed. Webster loudly read or show photographs of the personal lives of conservative adversaries that would damage their reputations both personally and politically if Webster leaks them to the media.
Webster usually to absolutely scores victories as conservatives immediately change their positions on Webster's progressive legislation to avoid utter humiliation.
There are no laws against blackmail, extortion, or domestic espionage in the Chawosaurian world, nor did any exist back when Webster was in office, this disabled conservatives from taking action against Webster. Webster had a "little red book" of names to blackmail to support his agenda.
Webster was also good at communicating to the public, he used new media technology at the time to rebuff the conservatives' obstruction against him, he gained support in public opinion as a result and used public opinion as leverage as well.
Association with the Clock with Garfield Webster
In Chawosaurian culture, the clock serves as the symbol of individuality of Garfield Lucas Webster. The reason being is that Webster is known to have suffered a fear of time and a fear of clocks as part of his PTSD with death caused by the 1870 Italian siege of Rome during the Wars of Italian Unification.
In the culture of Chawosauria, the clock serves as a symbol of Garfield Webster, its origin has a dark connotation, Webster suffered from PTSD towards death because he saw death for the first time in his life in the Capture of Rome in 1870, a battle that was part of the Wars of Italian Unification. Following the battle, Webster saw bloody corpses on the streets of Rome, and during the battle, he heard screams from below a sewer where he and his mother were taking cover.

Webster's Handling of Race
What becomes a big issue following the fallout of the George Floyd protests is that Garfield Webster's handling of the question of race in society is pretty questionable despite his widespread reputation and popularity among Chawosaurians. What is also questionable is his known personal reactions to race, for instance, Webster had an appetite for blackface minstrelsy, this is one of the most damning parts of Webster's racial legacy.
It doesn't help Webster that he was born in a time when slavery was still common in the western world, but supporters rightfully pointed out that that wasn't something Webster could help, except the fact slavery existed when Webster was a baby actually went on to influence his earlier racial views, Webster was introduced to the doctrine of scientific racism, blackface minstrelsy, and widespread societal acceptance for racial segregation. Webster's encounters with slavery was always in Brazil, a country he repeatedly visits, and when Webster was 28, Brazil abolished slavery in 1888, the last western world state to do so.
The Webster household in the United Kingdom had a countless number of black servants, housekeepers, maids, cooks, and butlers serving around castles and manors of the Websters, and the Websters greatly treated them like slaves rather than their equals. Garfield Webster was known by many correspondents to have a social discomfort with black people being socially close to him at his family's estates in England, he would instruct them to socially distant away from him while still having to serve him. Webster told correspondents that he feared these black servants may have been carrying contagious diseases, which explains his earlier discomfort with being socially close to blacks. Webster instructed the servants to wear gloves before handling his food, washing his feet, and other activities that involves serving him.
When Webster was 12, his first encounter with a black man was awkward, having moving to England in 1871, inheriting his father's servants (all of whom are black), Webster's father tries to use one of his butlers (George Richards) to teach Garfield to shake hands, but Garfield backs off to hide behind his mother and told her: "Mother, it [Richards] looks horrid" and his mother instructed her husband to "get that thing out of here, George!" and George Webster dismisses Richards.
Webster moved to the United States in 1883 at age 23 to work for newly formed trade unions, but his first applicant was emancipated former slave and now American citizen Joseph Sterling, who Webster refused to hire because he was an African-American, but Sterling successfully used his charm to convince Webster to hire him, and Sterling becomes a dependentable partner for Webster. Sterling's impressive work for Webster begins the early stages of change of Webster's attitude towards black people, starting with Webster starting to have more respect for Sterling for the work he has put in on his behalf.
Sterling wanted Webster to advocate for Black American workers' right to be members of labor unions, Webster told Sterling in a racially charged statement that he was not sure if labor unions covers sharecroppers, Sterling continued to fight Webster for the rights of black workers in the United States, and Webster was too stubborn to listen, at some point, Webster accepted Sterling's idea to fight for black laborers, together with Sterling, the two men formed the United League of Colored Recruits.
During Webster's prime ministership, his record on race was evolutionary. In his early prime ministerial days, he issued PM Order No. III-1910, which mandates eugenic and selective breeding programs to "whitenize" Chawosauria. Webster refused to integrate his Boarding School system, and allowed open racial discrimination in government institutions. Webster's positive accomplishments involve the successful Chawo-Klan War, which had the Chawosaurian Imperial Army violently kicking out the re-established Ku Klux Klan out of Chawosauria. Webster prosecuted White Chawosaurians who engaged in lynching as part of the Chawo-Klansmen War, and made a rare condemnation against racism. The more Webster gets older, the more his racial views evolve, the more accepting he becomes towards people of color. In 1954, Chawosaurian journalist Warren Taylor Burkett had a private interview with Webster, and what Warren Burkett got from Webster was the affirmation that his racial views had changed progressively and that what he believed in his earlier life was the result of the culture of the 19th century caused by slavery and the precedent it set for society.
Views of Adolf Hitler
During the Great Depression and World War II, journalist Warren Taylor Burkett had other private interviews with Webster, and Warren T. Burkett revealed that Webster's thoughts on Hitler during the Great Depression was that Webster was welcoming to Hitler and his Nazi Party for their plans for Germany's Jewish community, Webster told Warren Burkett that Hitler would help cleanse Germany of "an elite class of backstabbers". But during World War II, Webster supported the United States against the Nazis and Webster has praised American war propaganda, though he opposed his son Garfield Jr fighting in the war and was relieved that he returned home unharmed, Webster was openly relieved of Hitler's downfall in 1945.
When the holocaust was revealed to the public, Webster dismissed the reports as fabricated and disputed the facts of the holocaust, saying the Nazi Extermination Camps was made up by Zionists to gain influence over the United Nations. Webster was one of the first holocaust deniers in the Chawosaurian world. During the 1948 U.N. vote to establish a Jewish state in British Palestine, Webster stood in opposition to the establishment of Israel, calling supporters of Israel "Zionist fags".
Antisemitism
Webster was an avid antisemite, his public and private hatred for Jews was according to biographer Jimmy Newton: "the most passionate antisemitism I've seen in any individual". Webster was a strong opponent to the existence of the Jewish people so much that Webster once told Jimmy Newton said the Jewish people were "planted by Satan to cause misery on Earth", quoted by Newton in 1966.
Analysis shows Webster's antisemitism was the result of the systemic antisemitism in the Roman Catholic Church that existed until 1964, 9-years after Webster's death.
Webster was one of the ultimate worst Prime Ministers for Chawosaurian Jews, actively trying to bring their population to extinction, ordered the Chawosaurian Imperial Army to violently storm their lands and force them to move to other places in the same fashion of the Trail of Tears against Native Americans under the orders of U.S. President Andrew Jackson. Webster also despised Native Americans, he was impressed with President Jackson's handling of Native American affairs, so Webster's "Jacksonian Strategy" involves taking traditional land from Chawosaurian Jews and force them to migrate to environmentally hostile places, known as the First Chawo-Jewish War.
During Webster's dying days, he has never regretted his antisemitism, not even a grant of remorse, showing how strong Webster's hatred for Jews was. Webster was a committed antisemite at his very last moment on earth.
Role of Roman Catholics in Politics
Webster's affiliation with the Catholic Church during his premiership was a topic of controversy, and Webster was loyal to the Vatican, stoking fear and anxiety among Chawosaurian higherups. Webster remains the only Prime Minister of the Empire of Chawosauria who was a member of the Catholic Church and in 2022, over a century after his prime ministership was over in 1919, rules and laws against Catholics in government were specified by the Imperial Constitution of the Empire of Chawosauria, and there was the Vatican Scare, all of which would occur after Webster died.
Another part of the controversy, there are rumors that Webster was acuity aware of the child sexual abuse within the Catholic Church before the scandal became public later in the century. But what was known was that Webster was openly and extremely overprotective of his children and when they had children themselves, Webster demanded that his grandchildren convert to the Episcopal Church than the Catholic Church for their safety even though Webster hated protestants as disloyal to God, but Webster's public reasoning for wanting his grandchildren to be Episcopalians is the Catholics and the Episcopalians nearly have the same theology, except disagree on the role of the Pope. Both Webster and his wife Josephina had always been weary of sending their children to Catholic boarding schools, but they still did as deeply devoted Catholics out of fear of alienating their religious loyalty. Webster never mentioned the sexual abuse of the Catholic Church openly nor privately, it is said that Webster's strong allegiance with the Catholic Church and the P.R. consequences of coming out for the Catholic Church may have prevented Webster from telling people or his children, specifically, about the abuses. After Webster died, his descendants and the world would all learn about the child sexual abuse of the Catholic Church in the late 20th century to the early 21st century. It is widely guessed of how would Webster handle the news had he been alive. Webster's daughter Dorothy, in 2022, stated that her father had always known about the abuse, but he was "careful not to be specific" and Eleanora started having children with Garfield II, Webster's son, Webster had stern talks with Eleanora about "dangers of the children being overseen by my church" as Eleanora quoted. Eleanora said Webster wasn't specific either but she could tell by Webster's body language that "something's not right about the Catholic Church" and his body language was enough to convince Eleanora to raise her children to the Episcopal Church instead of her husband's religion. In January 2023, Opposition Leader Sydney Lucas Webster said of Webster: "Grandpa never allowed me to attend church service with him on any day" and the near-93-year-old widowed Eleanora in the same month in an interview at her home at the Berkshires stated: "I think I have an idea of what Mr. Webster knew what was going on and he wanted to protect my children from it by suggesting they'd be Episcopalian than Catholic".

When Garfield Webster was a child, he embodied the image of the book version of Harry Potter in his youth.
In Garfield Webster's youth, Webster was olive-skinned, he had dark blackish hair, and he had green eyes, but thanks to Vitiligo, Webster's skin was whitened, and, usually when a person ages, Webster's hair grayed as he aged, at the end of Webster's life, he still had green eyes, but had the whitest hair, with no spec of dark hair left, and white skin. Webster was also slightly overweight his whole life, but gained more weight by the time he died in 1955. Webster had always wear glasses his whole life.
Webster dresses always in a suit and tie, his favorite dress preference, and Garfield Webster was also very clumsy, frequently accidentally misdirecting his legs when about to leave his desk, thus injuring it each time this happens, and Garfield Webster had a terrible vocabulary, often speaking English incorrectly, Webster's poor hygiene and low self-esteem never interfered with his influence and intellect, throughout his Premiership.
Personality
Garfield Webster was a very kind person, but can be influenced by his elitist birthright, Webster in his early life was heavily kind-hearted, but as Webster grows, Webster remains kindhearted but was antisocial much of his teenage life. Webster grew another personality of wanting to achieve political power and success.
When Webster's father died in 1896, Webster grew depressed and angry over his father's death. Webster grew increasingly angry at everyone around him and his heart ached badly. Webster began relying on his Catholic faith to get his anger off of him. Webster had been recovering from his frustration and depression for the last eight years from 1897 to 1905. In 1906, Webster improved but still hadn't recovered from his father's passing, he remains depressed and suicidal. Webster's skin began to lose its tan to vitiligo, and Webster had to hide for a while.
Garfield Webster fell in love with power and wealth when he attended Oxford and worked hard to achieve political power and wealth, which he successfully did, unfortunately, that meant pushing away from friends and family in exchange with wealthy friends. Garfield never had friends except for his cousin, Charles, who Garfield pushed away when he started having an elitist personality and extended intellect that led him to an Oxford scholarship, and political power. Garfield traded his low-income and poor friends in exchange for rich friends, including Theodore McClellan, and Malcolm Wilson.
Webster refuses to hygiene himself, refused to be told what to do by others, and never liked doing things he never wanted to do. Webster can have the personality of a child, often complain about how unfair his life can be, how difficult things, and frequently pouts. Webster did not liked to be told what to do. Webster also never liked to be told "no".
Personal Life
Garfield Webster was a night owl, a person who preferred to sleep in the daytime but stay up in the nighttime. Webster was a chain smoker. Since Webster's father died in 1896, he was isolative and antisocial, part of his private depression triggered by his father's passing, that depression escalated when his mother died as well in 1943. Webster, since he first heard of death, had a life-long fear of death, never wanted to speak of it, not even when his parents died. Webster despised eating healthy, exercising, and more. Webster's connection to his crucifix necklace he got from Pope Pius IX in 1870 was so close, so close he beaten his son, Severus, for touching the crucifix.
It was revealed that the origin of Garfield Webster's name was two blood relatives, his middle and last name are from his father, and the name Garfield, he got his first name from his father's first cousin, Garfield Potter Kingsley (1830-1926). Webster, as a Christian, has a strict moral objection against alcoholism. Webster grew up with alcoholism in the village he came to live back in North Yorkshire. Despite his very progressive positions, he was also a traditionalist conservative on topics such as alcoholism, women's rights, homosexuality, and birth control, making Webster a member of the so-called Old Left.
Garfield was a cheapskate, he refused to pay money even when it's required. Webster was greedy who refused to give things or share things with anyone including relatives. Webster despised sharing and paying, even caring. He only time he cared was when his father died from heart problems in 1896.
Webster suffered from sleep paralysis since he witnessed the Battle of Rome in 1870, and he lived with it until he died. Webster suffered from PTSD because of the Italian invasion of Rome in 1870, because that was the first introduction of death to Webster, seeing for the first time, bloody corpses on the streets of Rome, and since the events of Rome, phobias associated with death caused subsequent disorders such as Chronophobia (the fear of time) and Chronomentrophobia (the fear of clocks). Webster's PTSD caused sleepless nights caused by repeated nightmares of death, and occasionally his own death, resulting in occasions with sleep paralysis. This is why Webster preferred to attempt to sleep in the day time and be active in the night.
Webster was and is today widely well known to have a "passionate enjoyment" for blackface minstrelsy, which were stage plays where actors put on blackface, "dress up as black people" in a stereotypical tone, and "act like black people", but in a mocking way. In these minstrel shows, black people were depicted as high-spiritedly dimwitted, humorously stupid in basic terms. Webster wouldn't miss a single minstrel show for the world, he'd attended the shows, bond with the actors back stage, and ask them to perform for him. Webster enjoyed other blackface entertainment such as blackface movies, which he watched repeatedly even up to his death, on June 8, 1955, Webster watched his last blackface movie, If You Knew Susie. In 2021, Webster's daughter, Dorothy Webster-McClellan, said her father never apologized for his enjoyment for blackface entertainment because "it is something he grew up with and it was huge entertainment back in the 19th century". Webster was a fan of Al Jolson, Charles White, and Johnny Danvers, all of whom were blackface performers.
As a result of the cousin to cousin inbreeding performed by his family, Webster suffered from blindness, a club foot, respiratory problems including hemoptysis, and amelogenesis imperfecta which is a genetic disease that Chawosaurians would later nickname Websterian Teeth, Webster Teeth, or Webster's Teeth, but in terms of mental health contributed by cousin marriage, Webster suffered from schizophrenia, narcissistic personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, and one disorder that Webster is well-known for in both the political and popular culture of Chawosauria, was schizoid personality disorder.
Webster's breathing problems involves breathing painfully, having blood in his lungs which includes blood in his mucus, snot, and spit, due to those symptoms, it is possible that Webster may have suffered from tuberculosis, which was unknown to Chawosaurians at the time.
Webster was no supporter for farm animal rights, he liked to shake and drown piglets, break calves' necks for fun, threw rocks at cattle, and he literally rode a horse till it died of exhaustion, and Webster laughed about it. Webster enjoyed being in the presence of dogs and cats, Webster played with dogs and held and petted cats.
Garfield enjoyed horseback riding, sports, sailing, hunting, studying, farming, traveling, and fishing. Garfield also enjoyed sex as part of his pre-old-age playboy lifestyle. A surprise fact about Webster is that he wasn't actually a fan of politics, in fact in his deathbed confessions, he wrote that politics was one of the top things he despised more than anything or anyone else in the world. Webster decided to enter politics was motivated by civic duty, patriotism, but also to get away from family problems caused by his adulterous parents. Webster also wrote in his deathbed confessions that while he loved his parents, he still had discontent with them.
Garfield Webster never always enjoy the company of women, in 1873, he met Abigail Elizabeth Wallace who was the mother of Joseph Wallace Berks, and he had no interest in Abigail E. Wallace, and Abigail blamed Garfield's lack of interest in her on Webster's "lack of sexual security" in a diary. Garfield told Abigail's grandson Joseph Wallace Berks II that (to quote Webster) "being accompanied by a woman was like being accompanied by a housecat". How Webster prefer to spend time with women had to involve only sex, he never enjoys just social time with a woman, to him it was like spending time with a houseplant. It is said that Webster also enjoys time with men, a deathbed confession by James Altham Rawlings alleges a homosexual relationship between him and Webster when Rawlings died in 1965, but it is an allegation that lacks solid evidence such as a diary owned by either Webster or Rawlings mentioning each other.
Webster shared similar annoyance with women his age attempting to ask him out, including Joan Ann Berks (Joseph Wallace Berks' aunt), Loretta Mary Belshaw, and other. The only woman Webster had true romantic vibes for was Lorraine Elaina Bourbon, but she married Christiaan Van Valkenburgh, which turns out to be an unhappy marriage. Garfield and Lorraine share similar traits, their strong Catholic faith, their distaste for the idea of race equality until they turned in favor of racial equality in their later lives, and a passion for a progressive cause.
In Webster's early life, he had no open heart for a black man as many would say. Webster being born into a time when owning a black person as property was still commonplace in many western world nations including the United States greatly influenced his earlier views of a black person. Webster was raised by a socially rife idea that black people were by nature genetically and intellectually inferior and that they were of "low class". But as Webster gets older, he slowly becomes more open to black people to a point that at the time of his death, he actually had friends who were black and Webster's later views of black people were more friendlier to black people, and after his death, Webster would have descendants who are black including Jacob Tyler Webster who is mixed of mostly African-American but some Oceanian, Native American and European ancestry, Jacob Tyler Webster is Garfield Lucas Webster's great-grandson.
Webster's sexual orientation was questioned and came under speculation. In 1914, when Joseph Wallace Berks II was alone with Webster, Joseph Jr's mother, Juliet, learned about Joseph Jr's whereabouts and telephoned Joseph Jr to order him to get away from Webster. Joseph Wallace Berks was too uncomfortable with Webster being around his sons, though he had tried to sex traffic his own daughter to Webster. Webster's rumored partners were Theodore McClellan and James Altham Rawlings who was the son of Thomas Elliott Rawlings, Webster's advisor. Despite the speculations, Webster publicly and privately denounced homosexuality. Webster's LGBTQ policy was hostile.
The music Webster listened to had always been classical music, his all time favorites were Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Luigi Boccherini, all three men were pre-19th century classical musical composers. Webster was a fan of a composer from his time, Nicola D'Arienzo of Italy, D'Arienzo died when Webster was Prime Minister in 1915. Webster attended a consort of Spanish composer Emilio Arrieta. Webster was also a constant attendee of the consorts of Julius Benedict. At the time of his death, Webster had countless records of classical music at his dacha.
Health
Garfield Webster was not at all in good health, physically or mentally. Due to the generations of cousin marriage performed by his ancestors from the dark ages to his parents (who were second cousins), the centuries of inbreeding made Webster the unhealthiest Prime Minister ever served.
Webster was born blind, it was eventually realized that Webster had trouble breathing without feeling "a sharp pain in his lungs" and that difficulty breathing caused him to cough up and/or sneeze out blood excessively caused by intense pain in the lungs. Webster had to take a lot of ice-cold water, or Webster was required to breathe while holding a bag of ice on his ribs and chest. It is believed that Webster had either tuberculosis, pleurisy, hemoptysis, or two of all three or all three diseases at once. A marriage that started out as a typical aristocratic marriage rather than true love, Webster felt unhappy with women who he would've felt happy with, being Lorraine Bourbon and Abigail Elizabeth Wallace, have all married up to Nicholas Belshaw and George Washington Berks respectively. Garfield and Josephina married in 1913 and he was 31 years older than Josephina, with her grandmother, Jane Webster-Boschman (1820-1913), being related to Garfield Webster, making Garfield Lucas Webster and Josephina Adriana Van Valkenburgh being second cousins once removed. When the Spanish flu struck the world including Chawosauria, Webster got sick and Josephina showed a deep care for Webster, ultimately changing Webster's view of Josephina, and thanks to Josephina's efforts, Webster was able to survive the Spanish flu.
Webster was so grateful for Josephina, transforming the marriage from a political arrangement to a true marriage. Garfield and Josephina had three children together.

Garfield Lucas Webster II wasn't the eldest child of Garfield Lucas Webster, but the eldest of the Webster-Van Valkenburgh marriage. There is no true way of knowing how Garfield felt about Garfield II, no way of knowing if Garfield had a fatherly view of Garfield II or not, but one thing is for sure is that it is unlikely Garfield Webster had ever loved Garfield II period but instead saw him as more of an offspring successor to take on the Webster family's aristocratic standing instead of a son. When Garfield II was a child, Garfield Webster outright ignored Garfield II and never once acknowledged him, Garfield Webster was never at home with the family, he had his wife take on the classically traditional role of women at the time as housewife to take care of the kids, keep the Webster household at float, and other parts of this societal role.
By the time Garfield II gets older, he becomes athletic and took on academic courses and succeeded at all of them, allowing him to play football at a variety of state teams. Garfield II continued on the family's tradition of Roman Catholicism, and shared his father's Catholic loyalty with the Benedictine Confederation. Though failing to impress his father, Garfield II's talents did confirmed to his father that he can be entrusted carrying on the Webster family traditions, safeguard the secrets and information of the Webster family, and represent the family well into the Chawosaurian aristocratic and political classes. Garfield II was called into military service during World War II in 1941 and was deployed to Japan following the Pearl Harbor attacks, which saw the first time Garfield Webster showed concern for Garfield II's survival in the war mainly due to fears of possibly passing the family down to Garfield II's undesirable brother Severus. When Garfield II returned from the war alive and unharmed, Garfield Webster was relieved.
On the day of Garfield Webster's death, Garfield II was trusted more than ever by his dying father, but it was too hard for Webster to reconcile with Garfield II due to coming from an aristocratic world where the preservation of the institution is more important than family. When Webster died in 1955, Garfield II becomes a bitter father to his own children who was highly strict and demanded unnecessarily more of them than they wanted for their own lives.
