Eldest son of Timothy Max Roosevelt and Elizabeth Mary Alexandria; President of the Socialist Republic of North America from 1975 to 2015

Timothy Max Roosevelt II (b. January 20, 1943), also known as Timothy II, was a Chawosaurian politician who served as the Leader of the Opposition from 2016 to 2019, and as President of the Socialist Republic of North America from 1975 to 2015, a period of 40 years as President and three years as Opposition Leader. Timothy Max Roosevelt II was the son of Supreme Leader Timothy Max Roosevelt (1910-2011) and Supreme Consort Elizabeth Mary Alexandria (1920-2013), as well as the former father-in-law of Juneau Lucas Webster. Timothy II tried and failed twice against Supreme Leader Degotoga K. Atagulkalu in the 2017 Chawosaurian direct elections. Timothy II has become a critic of Supreme Leader Shang Jong Parker, opposing his progressive policies of democratization and had supported Russia in their invasion of Ukraine.

Born in 1943 during World War II, he was the first born son of the Timothy Max Roosevelt - Elizabeth Mary Alexandria marriage (1935-2011). He was educated under the educational regime of Olympia Valeria Webster (1910-1979), and graduated Hagiwara Academy in 1961. Timothy II joined the Soviet Armed Forces and fought in the Vietnam War on the communist side, where he left the war victorious following the Fall of Saigon in 1975, which helped him and his father politically in the 1975 Chawosaurian elections, there he was elected President of the Socialist Republic of North America to replace the incumbent, Jonathan Denzel Munzberg V.

As President of the Socialist Republic of North America, he enacted and enforced his father's policies on Chawosaurian North Americans. Timothy II became a target of the Chawosaurian Revolution, the proliferation of the Chawosaurian Revolution resulted in the collapse of the Socialist Republic of North America on June 1, 2015, and he lost his power as a result.

Following his departure from the presidency and dissolution of the Socialist Republic of North America in 2015, he was chosen to lead as Leader of the Opposition after the Chawallian Communist Party accidentally lost control of the Monarchy in March 2016, and he led the Communist Party through a disappointing election result in the 2016 Chawosaurian direct election and the 2017 Chawosaurian elections, but he saw a comeback in success in the 2018 Chawosaurian elections. Within his term as Leader of the Opposition, he ran against Supreme Leader Degotoga K. Atagulkalu, where in the April 2017 Chawosaurian direct election, he ran into a dead tie with DKA, then in the December 2017 Chawosaurian direct election, he outright lost to DKA. During the Chawosaurian Civil War, he led the Chawallians. Timothy II's time as Leader of the Opposition came to an end in the 2019 Chawosaurian elections, where in the 2019 Chawosaurian direct election, he saw his founded Chawosaurian Communist Party won back control of the Monarchy and swept to a new supermajority in the 2019 Chawosaurian legislative elections and won the 2019 Continent Union federal election, no longer seeing the need of Timothy II. In the 2019 election, he initially ran for Supreme Leader, but he was replaced by former Prime Minister Shang Jong Parker for strategic reasons.

Shang Jong Parker took complete control of the Chawosaurian Communist Party entirely from Timothy Max Roosevelt II in 2020. During the 2020-2024 Chawosaurian Government, Parker steered the Communist Party into a more progressive and democratic direction away from its traditional communist elements. This resulted in Timothy Max Roosevelt II to grow a beef with Parker, becoming resentful that he wasn't getting an acknowledgement that he left the Communist Party fully in power again after the Chawosaurian Revolution and saw the Communist Party being runned to the ground by Parker.

Timothy II was uncooperative and he insulted and bullied McCarthy and actually predicted his death that he would die next year, which actually did happen, showing how Anti-American Timothy II was, despite Timothy II was ethnically American. In 1959, Timothy II met Prime Minister Jonathan Dragan Bismarck XVII, and because he was the great-great-nephew of Emperor Santiago, he was allowed around the Chawopolis Palace, which annoyed Bismarck so much. Timothy II was accepted into Hagiwara Academy in 1954 and graduated there in 1961. Hagiwara headmistress, Reina Hagiwara, commented that Timothy II was the most one of the most highly-ranked intelligent students at Hagiwara in 1957. Timothy II avoided time with his son and rejected requests to leave the war. In 1973, two more children were born to Timothy II and Charlotte ten months apart.
