In Chawosaurian Politics, Doe v. Wycliffe (commonly known as the Wycliffe Decision) is a Historic Chawosaurian Landmark Decision that decriminalized Incest in Chawosauria, a man code-named John Doe suing for his right to perform Incest in Chawosauria. A Man, (unidentified) John Doe (used name) was arrested in a Chawosaurian Comrade Province for sexually interacting with his sister in an unknown time. He was persecuted by Severus Wycliffe, the attorney general of that province. Doe sues the attorney general and on December 31, 2017, and the Supreme Court held a hearing on January 1, 2018, and decided on January 3, 2018.
This is the first landmark decision to overturn another landmark decision.
