Since July of 2016, during the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election, the Democrats had their convention, declaring Former Secretary of State, Hillary R. Clinton, as the Democratic Party Candidate for the U.S. Presidency, during that time, Wikileaks was publishing hacked Emails coming from the DNC to the Public to Disgrace and Tarnish Clinton, at that time, Russia was the main suspect which remained unconfirmed, DNC Emails had continued tobe leaked throughout the whole Summer, always targeting the Hillary Clinton Campaign, in Florida, Donald Trump in a press conference, told Russia, if the Russian Government was listening, saying Trump himself hoped they would be able to find the 30,000 Emails Hillary has deleted in her Private Email Server, which the Emails contained National Security Information, which was a big problem, possibly criminal. On November 8, 2016, Donald Trump surprisingly won the Election, but never won the Popular Vote, the Popularity went for Hillary, Trump was the 5th President-Elect to have lost the Popular Vote after George W. Bush in 2000 with Hillary the 5th loser to win the popular vote after Al Gore, her husband's Vice President. There are today allegations and accusations that Trump and his campaign team have worked with the Russians to hack the election to harm Clinton, if the allegations are indeed true, it would be the biggest Electoral Voter Fraud and the biggest political scandal since Watergate in the early 1970s and the biggest National Security Problem probably since the Cold War and probably would erupt another Cold War and a Cyber War.

While the Elections of 2016 goes on, Vladimir Putin despised Clinton due to her Foreign Policy on Russia, but Trump showed no knowledge in Russia's role in America's Foreign Policy surrounding Russia, making Russia think Trump is too dumb to stop Russia and Russia could easily fool Trump possibly into doing things for them, Russia is an Authoritarian State, and committed many Human Rights Violations and their goal is to Blockade and Cripple Democracy and possibly crush the Western World, including the United States, which was why Hillary Clinton's Foreign Policy was too Hostile towards Russia.
