Garfield L. Webster was the 3rd Prime Minister of Chawosauria from 1910 to 1919. Also a Socialist, and a populist. Webster was a Republican. Webster established the Chawosaurian Boarding School System, an education institution that is government-owned and funded by the higher taxes of Chawosaurians of much higher income, and it enrolls all children regardless of economic and social class, thus giving them a free education. That sounds more like the socialist education system in Scandinavia. Part of what is called a social democracy, which it's the interbreeding between a socialist-leaning government in a capitalist state with a western democratic system of government without changing the whole system.
